I’m sorry but €499 plus shipping is too high a price for a 2nd hand iPhone 12. It also seems very used. I picked up an iPhone 13 Pro last week for €100 more
And I agree, €499 is way too high. But €50 out of that price was for the brand new battery. Also, in the meanwhile, I checked Swappie's page, and they lowered the price of the iPhone 12

I bought iPhone 11 in excellent condition last month from swappie. and now the only problem is that screen freezing or touch doesn't work properly. so disappointed. i have to turn it off and on many times while I am using it. I hope swappie will accept to return it and get the full refund.
