Here I discuss the communication between both your hands. By allowing your hands to “speak to each other”, you can move more effectively and accomplish your moves quicker and easier.
I am a nomad traveling the US in my RV in search of new adventures. I started training Wing Chun in 1993 while I was in the Marine Corps. Since then I have trained under 2 Sifus. My first Sifu is Les Clements under the Moy Yat lineage. After only 2 years with him, I moved to Oregon & started training under Sifu David Leung in the Ho Luen lineage. While under the guidance of Sifu Leung, I have trained with several well know Kung Fu masters & have taught hundreds of students the art of Wing Chun. Join me as I give basic instruction in the fundamentals of Wing Chun.
