I find it adorable how Jamie blushed when Annette called him "hot" (same, girl. SAME). Two great actors in a truly touching, even sensual, performance.
Their chemistry is amazing 😍
they have sex backstage??? 🤔
No. Just shut up,their Chemistry is so fake
@@arinarahman3758 The only person that needs to shut up is you. Chemistry is objective
GREAT MOVIE watched it with a mate few weeks ago surprised us how well it was done...
Just seen this on cable, good film.
When Annette Bening smiles, she looks 40 years younger than and Oh soooo beautiful.
Awesome movie, acting, dancing, sound tracks.
I really wish him film more romance movie......... like desperately
they have sex backstage???
@@folladordeprostis no they DIDN'T 😂
Yes same
I think she did an amazing job. I can't imagine how daunting it must be to portray a famous person, and especially one with such a particular manner of speech as Gloria Grahame had (the accent, and how she never used her top lip when speaking). No, AB didn't completely capture GG, nonetheless I enjoyed the film.
such a great, engaging interviewer 🤓
Both performances were top notch. A poignant film about the latter days of quondam movie star Gloria Grahame, approached with sensitivity, avoiding many sordid details of her life that most filmmakers would be happy to exploit.
She certainly had a good time making that movie!!! 😁
How the characters "EVOLVE" throughout the film................right?
Please, correct the spelling of that word & I'll share this film clip for you.
I love you!!! lovely )))
didn't the designers really not realize that even in Liverpool interiors in the late '70s and early '80s didn't look like early '50s post-war interiors? *complete fail*
Annette Benning never for a moment stopped being Annette Benning. Never do you believe she's Gloria Grahame. Maybe this movie will work for a young person not familiar with Gloria Grahame's singular personality, but not for anyone familiar with the real deal. Jamie Bell great, as always.
they have sex backstage???
would someone from that era really have said "film stars" or would they have said "movie stars"? insisting on calling movies films is a pretention that started only after people started going to "film school" - rings false, like a lot of things in this movie.
In Liverpool you would be a film star not a movie star so the title is right
Their Chemistry and relationship in the movie is so fake.
Looks like Hollywood crap
It's an English productíon
Go on then, make it yourself.
