Merry Christmas everybody! If you have ANY RANDOM questions, comment down below. I am thinking of starting a video series where I answer your questions based on calculations. (if I get enough questions to make a video that is)
Good video mate. Happy to finally see ppl thinking about rage building accordingly to what openfield is most of the times. Would have had to wait almost 3 years to see someone not assuming he gets counter attack base rage on any single turn… and to debunk also this misconception of overraging. You know me now, I have a little thing to say 🫣🫣🫣 : About the accessories with 10% chances… You are not guaranteed to get it 1 time per 10 turns. Especially in openfield. If you have hours of rally/garrison, yes sure, you will see more this tendency, but then you will get the cooldown messing it a bit. But, to come back to just mathematics and probabilities… if an accessory has 10% chances to be triggered by basic attack… on 10 turns, your probability to have 0 trigger is still 34,87% probability to happen (before even a cooldown to apply). So no, this isn’t « guaranteed ». And I think, this will be to consider when you might go for the video : Horn vs Drums, as I see some ppl are requesting 😉 One other point : we also have to consider the synergy between the two accessories. Horn and Ring are the best accessories for openfield, but also your Ring benefits of the horns, the more you stay in combat. Ring gets more value when it lands on an active skills as you mentioned in the video… so how to increase Ring potential value ? Having faster skill cycles (casting active skills more frequently) ? And what accessory does this the best ? 👀 … Horn
Also skills that cast twice like Joan Prime really makes a ring good, but you explained very well how they benefit from each other and also how the probability works. Thanks for clearing it up, people who aren't into mathematics won't think about it
Thanks a lot! I started with rings, and now catching up with horns. Quick first skill cycle is too important, especially for lower seed kd where fights are smaller.
Rage is everything in open field. Makes sense. That said it definitely depends on which march you're talking about, Liu for example generates so much rage that he doesnt benefit from a horn a lot of the time.
I actually think horn+drums is best for open field. Personally I decided to build drums instead of horns. They will overrage sometimes, but if it means I can cast my skill 1 second earlier, I will take that. For 5 march it would be minimum 4 drums, assuming that they will proc once during skill cycle, to save 1 second. I havent done exact math yet, too complicated atm, but this is my initial opinion.
Great video! Would love to see Horn + Drum vs Horn + Ring for the field - crit and uncrit. Or is the optimal 5 march accessory setup a combination of the 3? Like 5 horns, 3 drums, and 2 rings on your Ragnar/LC and ZL/Hermann marches? Or Ring on Joan because she is almost guaranteed to have a ring proc active during a skill every other cycle?
I am planning to do Liu Che Mathematics video where I consider the combination of Ring, Horn and Greatest Glory. Which of these 2 is better for him. It is gonna take a little time for the calculation but video will be up soon.
When Open Field, Horn is still enough to shave off 1 second from skill cycle even if you overrage a bit. In fact, if you have special talented horn on LC, it will have a chance to shave off another 1 second. I will make video on LC.
horn is much MUCH better than drums. after you have horns on the marches you want them on, it's a good idea to put a drums on your liu march, whcih doesnt need a horn, for the extra proc chance to buff all your marches a bit more.
Dagger is for swarming structures. The health debuff takes effect the turn after the dagger proc, so it will always miss your skill volleys that immediately fire when you reengage. Better to just cast more AOE or make your AOE hit harder
I dismantled three rings, one dagger, and one coin. And currently, for my seven marches, I ran 2 special talented rings, 5 drums, 6 horns, and 1 GG. It's just unbelievable... 5 rings are overrated and no longer the best when everyone is doing pull and drag on the field.

LC is an absolute rage machine. I use gg/ring on him, and it’s just incredible
Please have a similar video about multiple war drums vs multiple horn.
Yes please 🙏🏼
What do you think about war drums? Do we need a war drum for the 5 march lineup?

what about the "karuak war drum"?
Hello thanks for the video love your kontent,
Do you know what is the best talent tree for cy/hera?
I love you my Nerd boy❤
Bilegt what you think about greatest glory for a march like William Wallace/lc or lc/alex
I am planning to do Liu Che Mathematics video where I consider the combination of Ring, Horn and Greatest Glory. Which of these 2 is better for him. It is gonna take a little time for the calculation but video will be up soon.
if im doing liu che march, does this apply? he can overrage so horn might be slitghtly worse then up here in the calculations

@TJMiton let's the scientific explain if that's true
Goat
whats better craft horn for huo william or ring for nev joan as huo have much rage i dont know
Horn is still good for Huo. He doesnt generate more rage than other commanders, he just has less rage requirement to cast his skill.
What about rage cap?
what about concealed dagger my friend ?
Dagger is for swarming structures.
The health debuff takes effect the turn after the dagger proc, so it will always miss your skill volleys that immediately fire when you reengage. Better to just cast more AOE or make your AOE hit harder
what about LC , is horn useless in him and should i go for ring and greastest glory instead of horn?
@@Leo-vb7xb he will make a video on LC, if you like check what he answered on my comment (not a lot of comments anyway lol)
@@daniloroncevic2270 nice thanks so we need that video faster lol
Isn’t greatest glory like all damage to smite commanders?
GG gives Normal Damage. Normal Damage scales multiplicatively with All Damage for smite damage

Genius!!! Thank you for sharing your method. That is non meta yet insane approach to open field!
