I've been looking for just this recipe! Thanks so much - love the way you explain all the ingredients and processes. I am new to gluten free bread making but i made a batch and they turned out exactly like yours *big smiles all round*

Yes I prefer the recipe listed in the description box. I want to see the recipe in the description box. I don't like going to websites full of ads and you have to scroll threw all this fluff
Hi Christine thank you for sharing I will like to try this but I am in Nigeria and not sure I will get a gluten free baking powder, any alternative? Also I have a gas oven will that work? What if I don't have a food processor? Thanks a lot.
This bread looks wonderful but like the other commenters I have been unable to find the recipe even after trawling through your website and subscribing.. If you have time it would be great if you could add the recipe to the video info.
Can’t help feeling it would have been easier for you to include the recipe, once, instead of replying to many individuals informing them it’s on the website (which comes across as a bit offhand). You wouldn’t have to keep returning to this and you might have garnered more subscribers .
Hat B PROBABLY 'YES', but do verify. Yeast itself is a mono-cellular fungus. Similar to microscopic mushrooms. The yeast itself does not have gluten in its cells. *However, yeast eats carbohydrates. Although most yeasts are grown, feeding on sugar. Yeasts do also eat flour, that is of course it's major function in baking. Verify your brand of yeast's growth medium, by looking for "gluten-free" on the packaging or by calling the customer service number on the packaging.
Damon Mullineaux thanks I found out that some brands are gluten free but not all so we have to check with the company . I am new to gluten-free diet and learning a lot .
I guess for a greater structural stability. I was disappointed as I was searching for a recipe without xanthan gum but here she is putting extra xanthan gum to the gluten free flour that already contains xanthan gum in it. I've been baking with xanthan gum but my stomach doesn't like it very much. I tried replacing it with guar gum according to the published substitution ratios and my bread came out looking like a pancake. I guess xanthan is a must if you want bread like texture. Psyllium might be enough if you are making a flat bread.
A very well presented video, but quite disappointing in the end. I use YT to get recipes, I don't expect to have trundle around the internet to find the recipe! Nor do I expect to have to subscribe on websites to get recipes, either give them freely or forget about it altogether. This video has been up long enough for the recipe to have been added.
It's really disappointing when people making these videos just say a gluten free flour blend! We'd like to know what flours are actually in the blend. There are so many on the market and a lot of people would prefer to make their own being a lot cheaper to make. It's really helpful for people to know what flours and starches and what ratios the blend has. And don't tell me it's on your website! If it's on your website it should/could be in the description box.
OMG, a good video, but like all the other comments this is suppose to be helpful, but when you can not find the recipe in the description nor on your website, then you are no longer helpful, if you can kindly put the recipe in the description and convert the grams to teaspoon, tablespoon and cups that will be greatly appreciated, otherwise I’ll have to unsubscribe because at this point your content is no longer serving a good.
She gives you the recipe as she’s talking. Apart from the physillium husk, baking powder, baking soda, xantham gum which is probably on the packets. I’m going to make these tomorrow. .
It's so sad I cannot watch the whole video to be too much information it's so sad can I go watch the videos like that 2 long time try to make the same recipe but it's small video too much information you put in the video

This is the best gluten free rolls I have ever made. Can you adapt this to make bread. I would think so but not sure how long to cook. Any one know?

The product in the thumbnail looks nothing like in video
Why is the thumbnail bread better than the bread you made?
Psyllium husk is new to me
why do you need xanthum gum when you have psyllium husk?

I hate it when people use gluten-free bread flour there’s a lot of mixed in it that’s really bad for us
