Realise the physical is part of consciousness itself, it is inextricably intertwined with all of our consciousness. So the point is not to push away, ignore or excise physical consciousness or even "lower" aspects of consciousness liked ego. It is to interact with physical consciousness in the context of the whole. Integrate the totality of consciousness.
I already have figured it out in one my meditations that i am not the thinker of my thoughts. I like to imagine or maybe this is a clairvoyance, i just felt it from my heart that we, as humans, are the atoms of of that being but there is more than that, it is the consciousness of that being who is astral projecting and we as humans are part of that dream like world of that being. Just like as humans, inside of our atoms in our trillions of cells in our body, inside of this atoms, protons, electrons and neutrons is the energy, the void, the consciousness and so that one being too. It's infinite, If I am the observer observing the observed, how can i see that observer and that observer of that observer? I found it all just "nothingness" but also the "everything" and living now, experiencing is what matters the most. We are just here experiencing no matter what, be it good or bad, it doesn't matter. It's just our ego who is perceiving that good and evil is a separate thing but in our higher "self" it is not, it's just the protons and neutrons helping each other to create the light or energy in a light bulb. I just see it that this one being is in a meditative estate of love just like a mother's love. At first i supposed that this was two beings doing sex but i figured out that it was the duality and life is all about sex: Union of two and also there's the other one the neutron and there's the other one, the energy. I call them "God" and that God is "us" it's in our atoms.
Most humans don’t really want to go down this path of discovery. The patience that is needed through ever experience is one of gratitude. Of the good and the bad. It’s not for wimps. It’s hard work of the soul. It’s dark painful and lots of deep work. Love is a master of our emotions.

I like how he explains killing the ego through love. In my experience so far, I've often felt my ego most disappear by it being "lulled" to sleep by love. Pure love for the cosmos and higher conciousness/God/divinity.
As a kid i constantly found myself reaching for answers deep within not realizing i was connecting to my higher self and knowledge. Over the years my ego has clouded that a bit and made it harder to do so but these videos are helping me get back to that. thank you.

Christ conscious and the Holy Spirit/divine mother is with in us and “sin” keeps us from purifying ourselves and that keep us from connecting with the father which is the universe and in us and hell and heaven are in us and Christ showed us the ultimate way to live by freeing ourselves from our ego. Your real Guru is master of masters between your brows...the 3rd eye supposed to give you the clear vision ... how to go in life. Everything is Guru & none is greater than Nature. I observed my grand daughter growing from 0 hour to 11 ... now being a grandmother I really observed which I couldn't do as a mother. Hi Gene, thanks for your tips. I'll do it. Actually, I'm lazy. I'm lazy to meditate, I'm lazy to read, I hear all the spiritual videos I liked, but the next day, I can forget the contents. What I want to share is, I should be grateful for always being guided. Somehow, suddenly I can understand something and change my perspective on things. Of course, I had time to process it as best I could, the knowledge didn't appear suddenly without any intention on my part to seek the answers. For example, like your current video. Before that, I thought, what is the easiest way for me to stay present, I'm annoyed with my ego & tired of fighting all the time. I don't mean to contradict your video, discipline is necessary, laziness is very bad 😅✌️
It's not often that anyone comes across a kind soul like you Gene, it's understandable that people might be a bit OTT and also understandable that you are humble enough to reject it.
One can search on his own and find all the keys, but he still needs to work out which one opens which door. And the only way is by trying/experiencing. What you're teaching, I already knew a long time ago. What you have done, is encourage me to revisit this topic that is so dense. I've been studying these teachings for many years. I've also learned many gnostics teachings, but you, as a motivator had made me go over them again and for me you are to blame but in a great sense. Keep it up!
A really meaningful and honest discussion about many points I often think about. Especially the point about studying and never applying and testing the knowledge one has learned. Throughout my life, I have always sought out the perfect school of thought to follow and then realized I'm not a follower and so I can glean wisdom from many sources and let my intuition guide me to the path that works for me. But the stumbling block to that strategy is the TMI problem where there are so many avenues to follow that it becomes overwhelming to the point where you just write them all down and never try any of them. It's very much like a long to-do list.
I totally get where you are coming from, so much stuff what to focus on. Daily I'm focusing on a bit of meditation, being present moment to moment, Working on reducing my egoic thoughts and reactions, and in the process of dream awareness so I call it, and being conscious in the Astral Realm. I've been there conscious many times in the Astral I think as a child, but that happened just by chance. Now I'm working on absolving the chance occurrences to be Conscious In The Astral, and I'm in the process of Evolving to Vivid Dreams and Conscscious Intentional Astral Travel.

How interesting you are answering this question. I recently started working with a guru to help guide me to meet my master within, end the cycle of reincarnation, and to reach highest realms. I was on the fence because I wanted to do it alone but didn’t have any proper directions on a set path but tons of information. I have tons on knowledge of everything but no true path with visible results. I will give my guru a chance and about 6 months to a year and keep a journal. I love all your videos!
Gene, this is just awesome. I'm two years into my Kundalini Awakening and feeling like it's gone back down.... BECAUSE my life became very unstable and the practices that helped me achieve that breakthrough are no longer part of my daily routine.... Wow, this is so profound. I was looking for exactly this trying to understand Ego and how to stay conscious in every moment. You are absolutely right about snapping back into consciousness in moment where you let your mind get away from you. You are truly helping many on their journey to awaken their consciousness in the most selfless of ways. We all appreciate you sharing your time, experience, and knowledge. ❤I do wonder about the 10,000 egos that you mention and transmutation. I understand that the 7 deadly sins are apart is those. Is it basically just that the 10,000 egos are branches of those 7 deadly sins? I ask because I’m working on identifying and observing them in meditation and daily life and want to be sure that I am observing correctly, if that makes sense.
I think I could have coincidentally killed it . 😅 My doing brought me to the point of “death” and “being” naturally. It feels good now. Some time ago I started seeing repeating numbers. I see them multiple times every single day now. Around 2 months ago I saw other person’s aura. Spontaneously. Two weeks later my own aura in the mirror. In color. What an experience! I’ve never meditated in my life. Never trained to see auras. It all happened as a “rebirth” after my own “death”.
I would like to point out, that during the portion where you stated of the ego taking control for murder, that your wording could come off to people as those "possession moments" absolving them of responsibility instead of seeing that they need to take responsibility by making sure the ego does not control them. A reminder to all that words are hard. Hahahaha, and getting a clear meaning of intent can be hard, as language is a barrier for "Understanding". Always love your videos brother and the right ones always seem to come to me at the right time. Whether that's just algorithm or synchronicities, I still enjoy it each time. It's fine to rely on basic subconscious instincts, but the higher aim of "becoming a master" is to be conscious of all our own processes :) ... it's a choice of living consciously or mechanically!

The ego is an aggregate consciousness of traits and memory, I find myself confusing and not attached to being any particular way. Break patterns and be no one. Once you’ve done a lot of what people hope to achieve in spiritual practice it can become difficult to find anyone able to understand you, I experience a void which I place an ego mask over to enable interaction, which I must ensure I don’t become attached to. Maybe I’ll find others I can be “naked” with someday.
My mother peace be upon her, always taught me that one's temple was one's own body. And if one was to pray in public, their prayers would go unanswered. That god seeks spiritual fruit, not religious nuts. She became very faithful at one point in life and was visited by strange beings at night she said were arch angels. Her father peace be upon him, was a POW in WWII. He was touched by the holy spirit and one day when he stood up in church and with the realization that he was Jesus Christ. He was locked in a mental home and tortured, excommunicated from the church. Very traumatic for the family.

So I looked it up and it is showing the location for this in the Bible is 2 Corinthians 2:5 NIV We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. There are so many ways to interpret things, but yes that is a great and beautiful way to see it if it resonates with you and inspires you to deeper levels of awareness within yourself
Yes, you are right, the ego is full of dreams, illusions, and delusions……. The ego will always be there, You CAN NOT kill the ego, this is a fallacy…..You have to tame it. It is by knowing Right and Wrong and exercising the will to follow that law by heart, that you deaden the ego, but not kill it. The ego is always there, resurfacing at any opportunity that it can. You can atrophy it, but not annihilate as some “spiritual gurus” teach. NO, the ego is part of the soul, it’s imbued in the fabric of the soul, it blemishes the soul, if you like. There are negative energy forces floating around that can cling onto the soul, or there are evil spirits that can manipulate the soul or even possess the body for these to carry out their evil intent, but for that you have to be not receptive to these forces. You call her the divine mother kundalini, I call her Gaia. The universal consciousness of this universe….What I do not know is whether this mother transcends other universes or/and other dimensions. Is it one and the same, or are there others, like it but different to it….? What I have realized or am aware of is that you can not tell Gaia what to do. In fact telling other people what to do is immoral in nature, and is trespassing someone's law of liberty. -There are other highly evolved beings from other dimensions that can communicate to Gaia, and she grants them what they need. For example, if these beings were on earth, they could shut off the sky and not make it rain for 3 and half years, until they petition Gaia to let rain fall again, and she grants that petition….. Well said, about guarding your thoughts and actions….. Even with the “doors closed” the evil spirits still come….They have tried to have a go at me, many times trying to possess me. In those moments, I can not move a muscle, but with my mind I say to them: “this body is my property, You can not come in”....then, after a while they leave….and I regain my functions to move.
I think of ego death as acute experiences (like being a wall for an hour), but otherwise I think more about silencing, grounding, or balancing the ego.

Christ conscious and the Holy Spirit/divine mother is with in us and “sin” keeps us from purifying ourselves and that keep us from connecting with the father which is the universe and in us and hell and heaven are in us and Christ showed us the ultimate way to live by freeing ourselves from our ego. I’ve been crying and having my mind blown by every realization and I know also that I know nothing at all. I feel changed by all of this. I’m so excited about my journey towards peace, freedom and love.
The moment one realizes that he is the master he is looking for but has yet to be discovered, he is already at the gate to enlightenment.

Actually, I'm lazy. I'm lazy to meditate, I'm lazy to read, I hear all the spiritual videos I liked, but the next day, I can forget the contents.
What I want to share is, I should be grateful for always being guided. Somehow, suddenly I can understand something and change my perspective on things. Of course, I had time to process it as best I could, the knowledge didn't appear suddenly without any intention on my part to seek the answers.
For example, like your current video. Before that, I thought, what is the easiest way for me to stay present, I'm annoyed with my ego & tired of fighting all the time.
I don't mean to contradict your video, discipline is necessary, laziness is very bad 😅✌️
It's not often that anyone comes across a kind soul like you Gene, it's understandable that people might be a bit OTT and also understandable that you are humble enough to reject it.
One can search on his own and find all the keys, but he still needs to work out which one opens which door. And the only way is by trying/experiencing. A really meaningful and honest discussion about many points I often think about. Especially the point about studying and never applying and testing the knowledge one has learned. Throughout my life, I have always sought out the perfect school of thought to follow and then realized I'm not a follower and so I can glean wisdom from many sources and let my intuition guide me to the path that works for me. But the stumbling block to that strategy is the TMI problem where there are so many avenues to follow that it becomes overwhelming to the point where you just write them all down and never try any of them. It's very much like a long to-do list.
I totally get where you are coming from, so much stuff what to focus on. Daily I'm focusing on a bit of meditation, being present moment to moment, Working on reducing my egoic thoughts and reactions, and in the process of dream awareness so I call it, and being conscious in the Astral Realm. I've been there conscious many times in the Astral I think as a child, but that happened just by chance. Now I'm working on absolving the chance occurrences to be Conscious In The Astral, and I'm in the process of Evolving to Vivid Dreams and Conscscious Intentional Astral Travel.

How interesting you are answering this question. I recently started working with a guru to help guide me to meet my master within, end the cycle of reincarnation, and to reach highest realms. I was on the fence because I wanted to do it alone but didn’t have any proper directions on a set path but tons of information. I have tons on knowledge of everything but no true path with visible results. I will give my guru a chance and about 6 months to a year and keep a journal. I love all your videos!

Gene, this is just awesome. I'm two years into my Kundalini Awakening and feeling like it's gone back down.... BECAUSE my life became very unstable and the practices that helped me achieve that breakthrough are no longer part of my daily routine.... BECAUSE I've been lazy, and I'm even witnessing myself becoming cynical about it.
There is a LOT of energy trying to flow through this vessel and it comes with massive responsibility. I'm beginning to wonder if it isn't for this lifetime anymore. I sense a massive lifestyle shift approaching, and though I welcome the release of the sense of stagnancy I'm feeling, I recognize the truth of energetic reciprocity as the world will present itself to me.

Wow, this is so profound. I was looking for exactly this trying to understand Ego and how to stay conscious in every moment. You are absolutely right about snapping back into consciousness in moment where you let your mind get away from you. You are truly helping many on their journey to awaken their consciousness in the most selfless of ways. We all appreciate you sharing your time, experience, and knowledge. ❤I do wonder about the 10,000 egos that you mention and transmutation. I understand that the 7 deadly sins are apart is those. Is it basically just that the 10,000 egos are branches of those 7 deadly sins? I ask because I’m working on identifying and observing them in meditation and daily life and want to be sure that I am observing correctly, if that makes sense.
I think I could have coincidentally killed it . 😅 My doing brought me to the point of “death” and “being” naturally. It feels good now. Some time ago I started seeing repeating numbers. I see them multiple times every single day now. Around 2 months ago I saw other person’s aura. Spontaneously. Two weeks later my own aura in the mirror. In color. What an experience! I’ve never meditated in my life. Never trained to see auras. It all happened as a “rebirth” after my own “death”.
I would like to point out, that during the portion where you stated of the ego taking control for murder, that your wording could come off to people as those "possession moments" absolving them of responsibility instead of seeing that they need to take responsibility by making sure the ego does not control them.
A reminder to all that words are hard. Hahahaha, and getting a clear meaning of intent can be hard, as language is a barrier for "Understanding".

I’ve always thought parts of our ego kept us safe . Like the reason we slam on the break in a car accident etc … I did not realize that all aspects of ego are allusions … I might need to meditate on this! 😀
It's fine to rely on basic subconscious instincts, but the higher aim of "becoming a master" is to be conscious of all our own processes :) ... it's a choice of living consciously or mechanically!

The ego is an aggregate consciousness of traits and memory, I find myself confusing and not attached to being any particular way. Break patterns and be no one. Once you’ve done a lot of what people hope to achieve in spiritual practice it can become difficult to find anyone able to understand you, I experience a void which I place an ego mask over to enable interaction, which I must ensure I don’t become attached to. Maybe I’ll find others I can be “naked” with someday.

My mother peace be upon her, always taught me that one's temple was one's own body. And if one was to pray in public, their prayers would go unanswered. That god seeks spiritual fruit, not religious nuts. She became very faithful at one point in life and was visited by strange beings at night she said were arch angels. Her father peace be upon him, was a POW in WWII. He was touched by the holy spirit and one day when he stood up in church and with the realization that he was Jesus Christ. He was locked in a mental home and tortured, excommunicated from the church. Very traumatic for the family.

Mastery, which is another word for awakening, is a spectrum. A spectrum with an uncountably infinite amount of "places", where one might find themselves. Anyone above a certain point, will dislike to, and prefer not to, use such terms, as Master. Hence, portaying, just exactly how masterful, they truly are. Also, master kind of means, anyone who takes on students.

Yes, you are right, the ego is full of dreams, illusions, and delusions…….
The ego will always be there, You CAN NOT kill the ego, this is a fallacy…..You have to tame it. It is by knowing Right and Wrong and exercising the will to follow that law by heart, that you deaden the ego, but not kill it. The ego is always there, resurfacing at any opportunity that it can. You can atrophy it, but not annihilate as some “spiritual gurus” teach.
NO, the ego is part of the soul, it’s imbued in the fabric of the soul, it blemishes the soul, if you like.
There are negative energy forces floating around that can cling onto the soul, or there are evil spirits that can manipulate the soul or even possess the body for these to carry out their evil intent, but for that you have to be not receptive to these forces.
You call her the divine mother kundalini, I call her Gaia. The universal consciousness of this universe….What I do not know is whether this mother transcends other universes or/and other dimensions. Is it one and the same, or are there others, like it but different to it….?
What I have realized or am aware of is that you can not tell Gaia what to do. In fact telling other people what to do is immoral in nature, and is trespassing someone's law of liberty. -There are other highly evolved beings from other dimensions that can communicate to Gaia, and she grants them what they need. For example, if these beings were on earth, they could shut off the sky and not make it rain for 3 and half years, until they petition Gaia to let rain fall again, and she grants that petition…..

Even with the “doors closed” the evil spirits still come….They have tried to have a go at me, many times trying to possess me. In those moments, I can not move a muscle, but with my mind I say to them: “this body is my property, You can not come in”....then, after a while they leave….and I regain my functions to move.
The ego is created by your fears so let go of your fears and let your ego disappear
