I learned this from Astral Doorway. As you are awake during the day be conscious of yourself as much as possible every minute of the day. So you are not only conscious of what you doing, you are conscious of your present enviornment, and you are conscous of yourself as a being. This sounds simple but the ability to do this type of awareness is a process that develops lengths of time you can be in the Awake and Conscious State. I ‘m grateful to find your videos, sounds odd but my spirit does a lot of dream travels and work, will go to dark levels and fight entities. I too was in a prison by some creatures but got out somehow. Some person in a suit in some caves offered to “teach me” stuff. I was lucid and it had been all scary so escaped away. of this, but have done a lot dream travels and believe some were memories of past lives.
It's strange how many times I've thought through this video: "hey, I know this" or just "I know" and then you ask yourself "how did you already know this?" and the answer is "I just know." And how you can remember past lives by shutting off your ego/mind of this body, get your mind in the right position and attunement (meditation) at the right time (nighttime, bedtime, spare time) and just ask for it through dreams, visions and even channeling. For me this video has been like walking through an old city. You've never been there before, with this body, yet you know exactly how this town works, and you know your way even better than the place you're currently living in. One night while laying with my current spouse early in our relationship as we lay down to sleep, she became emotional out of no where and asked, "Don't you remember? We always find each other, every time. We are together and then, we have to say bye again until the next time." At that time, I didn't give it much thought. However, now, it makes so much sense. She also mentioned how I never remember, and she has to always help me to. Amazing.
@tallterrilaw8646 That is true, being stuck in a perpetual cycle with a negative or damaged person can't be good. I imagine it only gets worse as time goes on. Maybe this explains why so many relationships are broken. Although this does come with an opportunity to heal the past.

The whole problem comes in with Karma. If you knew the truth, Karma is very capricious and vicious. What would be stated if, say a remark, that a sexually abused victim can be a sexual abuser in his/her past life, in order to make up or experience the hardship one has perpetrated on others? Then, it would be difficult to understand wherein lies the truth- whose really innocent or not. It's terrible for all victims, yes- even alone in this life those who've been sentenced and punished, as perpetrators. The best justice is one where it didn't even occur. Imagine a fire that was stopped in it's spark, before it turns into a raging blaze... then we have to figure out why the perpetrators abuse and remove the causes before the effects. Some can be victims themselves before in just this life, or even before. Or rather, what would the reason be that they have such maladies in this life from certain things that has been enforced or free-willed chosed/enacted upon them? This is a problem not just spiritually, but physically. As Jesus said, referring only to a particular teaching- "the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak". It also doesn't factor in that the flesh is actively or passively against in what the spirit is trying to do.
I woke up one morning and was still really tired so I went back to sleep. During falling asleep I felt this warm energy around me and it just engulfed me and I went into an astral projection. I couldn’t see anything really but I felt my legs being pulled downwards from my body by a spirit. It wasn’t scary like how some of my experiences went before so I just kind of went with it. It showed me images of incredible things. I saw a huge dinosaur that let out a very high frequency roar that was so magical, then I saw a few early humanoid looking people and I saw the face of an annunaki. Eventually I got to a point where I couldn’t see anything and then all of a sudden I get an intuitive thought that tells me I was King Tut. Let me tell you I completely freaked out during my astral projection. It was very shocking and even now I can’t wrap my head around it. I even can’t sleep at night sometimes cuz it’s always on my mind. So yeah when Gene says once you know about who you were you truly do. And be careful cuz it can be very hard to handle.

Regarding the clairvoyant exercise for recalling past lives, I'd like to share an experience I had a while back. I stood in front of my bathroom mirror before going to bed. The light was on, and I stood there looking at my reflection. My perception had already started to shift to another dimension. I then said, "Show me who I was in my previous incarnations." Not even a second later my face blurred and I saw a series of different faces, all with my eyes, same eyes. I stood there for at least fifteen minutes if more. I lost track of time because I stepped out of time during that period. I eventually came back, and I laid down to go to sleep. But there was a problem. I couldn't go to sleep. I tossed and turned most of the night. I ended up falling asleep but only getting maybe two hours before my alarm clock went off and I had to get ready for work. Looking back, I'd say that my having trouble getting sleep was due to a residual energy that stayed with me throughout my sojourn. Has anyone here ever had that happen to them?

I also had past life memory and the charge of those previous experiences showed me and allowed me to overcome them in this timeline. Once I overcame them, the past life charge of that last life dissolved completely. My entire life is focalized around Spirit and my inner evolution. Listening to this made me so emotional. Especially when gou spoke of the pain of hiding parts of yourself in a past life and how it brought you to share more and teach in this one. I know a particular life of mine where this desire to share in a certain way was formed. It has not yet been fulfilled. The ego of itself is not bad or evil. It's the clinging to it as substantial that causes problems. Every ego, no matter what culture, time or circumstance it arises in, all have ONE curse. The lack of lasting contentment. Not necessarily ecstatic joy, just free from fear, worries, anxieties, pain and discontentment. Everything you do, everything, is to obtain contentment. Either directly or indirectly. All the problems others cause us, is them chasing after their contentment and you got in their way. If they had been content to start with, they would never cause you problems.. It isn't the ego here that is the problem. It's this striving, chasing after contentment that is the problem. This is what needs to be solved.. this is where you start..

After years of changing schools, majors, jobs, locations, etc, I used to feel "stupid." Why couldn't I finish? I had an experience in a dream where i was a native indian drinking water from rivers of Amazon, when suddenly a giant king cobra aquamarine color approached and lower to with its open head covering my entire body i didn't felt scared but i couldn't translated in words how i feel, it was as if a mother felt. I have watched both of your past life videos now and they are possibly the most amazing and intuitive videos I have seen! I have been practicing Astral Projection for the last few months and I feel its starting to work its magic now! Had an experience the other night where I able to float upwards and through the roof of my house to view the street below, and I seen a silver cord connecting back from my astral body to my physical body. I've done some of this in my dreams various times since 2010. It feels so familiar and exciting. It doesn't last long. There's a sense of a short window of time to see what I want and need to see. The experience moves very quickly.

When I was little I always had this memory of being inside my parents’ old house. I told them I remember being there, and they told me that wasn’t possible because I hadn’t been born yet. I wondered if maybe I had simply created a memory by seeing pictures of the house, because logically I shouldn’t have a memory of it, but the more I looked into it, the more sure I was that the memory was real. I doubt I was seeing a past life, but it’s possible my consciousness was somehow there. This never made sense to me until this video, and now it’s like a lightbulb has been switched on. I KNOW some part of me was there, I can still remember it so clearly, and it had always been one of my earliest “memories”. At this time I can’t connect with the importance of this, beyond that it’s proof to me that consciousness is not generated by the brain/body, but I wonder if with more work the significance will be revealed. I believe one day it will, because as far back as I can remember, probably from the age of two, those images and feelings associated with the “memory” was always strong, undeniable, and of importance.

Dear Gene Hart, My name is Alvin Muwanguzi, I came across your TH-cam Channel just yesterday in such of something about past lives and I watched the first part of this video series and I watched the second part too, I said the prayer you shared and when I fell asleep I had a dream, in this dream, I appeared to be floating home at night and on my way, in the distance, I saw a figure that looked like a wolf/dog with light blue glowing eyes running towards me and 2 or 3 figures wearing what appeared to be blue garments appeared next to the wolf. These 2 or 3 figures appeared to have lanterns (white lanterns). They appeared to be walking towards me before the ego of fear in form of, The Guardian of the Threshold overpowered me, I then woke up. I strongly believe the three figures I saw are Master Jesus, my Divne Mother and my inner being, because as I was praying, I prayed to all of them. But what could the wolf/dog figure I saw mean? To be clear, all this happened just after watching these two videos and saying that prayer.

In my last past life i was in Vietnam i was a farmer and i went thru the horrors of the Indochina Wars..i become one of the top Vietcong leaders and i died during the Tet offense while leading a suicide attack against the US Embassy in Saigon...i feel like im still carrying so much trauma and bad karma from that life.. what would you recommend to me to remove those traumas and karma from my soul?

I've been to hell realms and heavenly realms, I've seen visions of demons and visions of God. Most of these experiences were induced by psychedelics, the most I got through regular vision is seeing through my eyelids and roof to see the stars and my dreams being more lucid. I have astral projected a couple of times but not intentionally.
In our culture “where i come from and the religion i was born in” we believe in reincarnation so that we help our kids remember their past lives so if a kid has a phobia or an unexplained knowledge or wisdom of something as parents and as a society we try to make them remember so if a child remembers the name of the village we take them there and walk them through and around the village to help remember and most of the time they remember the names of their kids and wives so we help them search.

Dear Gene, I came across this series and found very knowledgeable, being an spiritually inclined person from india it answers many questions or at least put the things in alignment and significantly adds up to the understanding I am having. I just watched the first part and than continued to second part being curious to know past life but yesterday I had weird sensation while going to sleep. 1st instance - feeling a gust of cold wind at my feet which made me awake. 2nd instance - felt something at the back of my heart at the same time. Is this in reference to sensing the genuineness of a significant relationship with the spirit or core being of someone or something, for the presence that this significant other radiates in accordance with the appropriateness of the situation - atmosphere - is also something that can make you not only have you genuinely experience your life as an observer and feel special because of the grace that they are built out of, but also potentially link these radiated presences to a profound experience that can never be forgotten by even your very essence, meaning that you can link these moments to something familiar that is unbound by only this life's moments? Edit: I'm trying not to 'connect the dots' here and simply observe just as I have preached, but after watching a bit more of the video, I realise that astral projections or anything else that is a spiritial and genuine experience are similar to my own experiences in the past in how I was able to, almost nightly, lucid dream. What I mean specifically as I reference lucid dreaming isn't the concept that is having control over your hallucinations, but instead the absolute aliveness and hypersensitivity to the hyper-immersive experiences that you go through. Typically, this sensitivity is at its peak when you do have control, so I reference it to lucid dreaming rather than regular dreaming. This level of sensitivity was also a norm of experience for me in the real world, but after some time, I found myself losing my ability to simply observe, which I have thankfully have the ability to regain control over, and continue to increase the volume of time to which I can control this ability to simply exist as an observer, no matter what happens to me - though, I still am touched by malevolance, which these fears I continue to burn off.
Grateful for this knowledge, I have a question, if we’re all pure consciousness and if we are all one how is it possible that we have our individual past lives if I’m everyone and everyone is me?
Great question. Indeed the concept of individual past lives can be confusing when we consider the idea that we are all interconnected and part of a greater whole. However it is essential to understand that while we are all interconnected, we also possess individual consciousness and unique experiences. Consciousness, in its essence, is pure and universal, but it manifests itself in different ways through the diverse expressions of life-The Law of Recurrence applies to consciousness as well. Each individual consciousness has its own trajectory, its own karmic debts, and its own process of evolution. Thus, we go through different incarnations, experiencing various circumstances and learning different lessons in order to fulfill our own unique purpose and spiritual development. While it is true that we are all interconnected and part of the same universal consciousness, our individual past lives allow us to grow and evolve individually, contributing to the collective awakening of humanity. By understanding and integrating the experiences of our past lives, we can gain wisdom, transcend limitations, and ultimately realize our true divine nature 🙏

I remember my past lufe, at least some of it. I might look like a pure crazy person but my name had been Tony Karkwell, born in 1652 and died in 1688. I had been assassinated in an English pub by either a redcoat or a bounty hunter. But, I'll get to that later. I was sitting down in a shack, a single fireplace in the center. The floor was dirt and we sat on potato sack material. My family, mother and father were sitting beside me. I was 16. My father owned a golden eagle and had been training me to own him. We had been eating spinach, three small bites at the most per bowl. I remember a redcoat, and two others, he had knocked the door down and I was forced to run by father. General Thomas Osborn had looked directly at me but let me go as he took my parents down the dirt path. It was gloomy outside. The next part of what I remember was me with my hung parents. Their skin was cold, dirty, left alone in the road. I had my hands on my father's cheeks, crying my eyes out. I was filled with rage, and still am. I can feel as I type this, my past anger and sadness. I still have flashbacks, horrible ones. They occur at random, I see everybody near me as a redcoat. I am there again, my past self. I get hostile and have to pull myself from my memories before hurting somebody. The next memory was me being on a mountain range, looking down upon a valley. My father's golden eagle flying above me. It was snowing, gloomy skies. I wore a midnight black cloak (hince the image, I asked AI to generate them). I could feel the rage boiling within me for what Thomas had done. I missed a girl named Quinn, we had had a possible child in 1688. I was walking the mountain and came across frozen corpses of redcoats. One had had his belly slit open. Then, I remember tripping and rolling down the side, hitting my head hard on a rock. I woke up to being in a warm shack, Quinn was there and so was her father. I did not recognize them at first and was scared they were going to turn me in, I remember me pinning her father with my hidden blade inches from his neck before getting sick to my stomach and calming down. I never wanted to get them in my effing mess. I then remember being in the pub, holding my own wanted sign. The smell of ale and food in the air. I was wanted for 10 pounds, drinking a cinammon alcoholic drink while looking at the sign. I felt a blade go through my back when I saw through the murderer's eyes, the one who had killed me. I remember the pain and agony, scared of not for myself but for Quinn. I have PTSD, both from my abusive mother that had died and now kind of from this. I love you Quinn. To the ends of Europe and back, dear. If you do somehow read this and remember me. I love you and I am sorry, sorry beyond the delta. I have a voice in those memories however, saying my name, Tony Karkwell, nonstop. And I still do not know why. Is there a reason or not?

I find it pretty easy to project, I just need to sleep straight on my back. I avoid it though because its quite scary.. This one time it happened, I literally saw my self run into the room close the door and go back into my body and wake up.
I've tried to project many times and never succeeded, but, I have astral projected twice spontaneously and felt intense fear both times. Almost as if i thought if i stepped too far away i would lose my body forever.
I have been lucid dreaming since i was 8 years old to the point I already know how to fly in my dreams and use it as a test if im dreaming or not. But I’ve never experienced astral projection, i will study this further. But anyway, i woke up in the middle of the night last night and meditated and asked the universe to show me my past life. The next dream i had, i was a werewolf. I was running through the forest and up some trees so fast that i felt nauseous, and I couldn’t control myself. I’ve never had a dream that i was anyone other than myself so this was a completely new experience. Was this it? Was that a past life? Is it even possible to be a werewolf in a past life?

I learned this from Astral Doorway. As you are awake during the day be conscious of yourself as much as possible every minute of the day. So you are not only conscious of what you doing, you are conscious of your present enviornment, and you are conscous of yourself as a being. This sounds simple but the ability to do this type of awareness is a process that develops lengths of time you can be in the Awake and Conscious State. I ‘m grateful to find your videos, sounds odd but my spirit does a lot of dream travels and work, will go to dark levels and fight entities. I too was in a prison by some creatures but got out somehow. Some person in a suit in some caves offered to “teach me” stuff. I was lucid and it had been all scary so escaped away. of this, but have done a lot dream travels and believe some were memories of past lives.
It's strange how many times I've thought through this video: "hey, I know this" or just "I know" and then you ask yourself "how did you already know this?" and the answer is "I just know." And how you can remember past lives by shutting off your ego/mind of this body, get your mind in the right position and attunement (meditation) at the right time (nighttime, bedtime, spare time) and just ask for it through dreams, visions and even channeling. For me this video has been like walking through an old city. You've never been there before, with this body, yet you know exactly how this town works, and you know your way even better than the place you're currently living in. You can find it all in your subconsiousness why that is. But it's a leap of faith to confront yourself with past lives. Good ones and bad ones.

One night while laying with my current spouse early in our relationship as we lay down to sleep, she became emotional out of no where and asked, "Don't you remember? We always find each other, every time. We are together and then, we have to say bye again until the next time." At that time, I didn't give it much thought. However, now, it makes so much sense. Thank you for confirming my experiences in having no desire to turn outside myself for guidance, I once was a book reader now I've found within is the best resources to help me. Have a history of sexual abuse in the past and in this life. Sexually I'm numb. Learning to connect is my challenge. You've been so helpful.
The whole problem comes in with Karma. If you knew the truth, Karma is very capricious and vicious. What would be stated if, say a remark, that a sexually abused victim can be a sexual abuser in his/her past life, in order to make up or experience the hardship one has perpetrated on others? Then, it would be difficult to understand wherein lies the truth- whose really innocent or not. It's terrible for all victims, yes- even alone in this life those who've been sentenced and punished, as perpetrators. The best justice is one where it didn't even occur. Imagine a fire that was stopped in it's spark, before it turns into a raging blaze... then we have to figure out why the perpetrators abuse and remove the causes before the effects. Some can be victims themselves before in just this life, or even before. Or rather, what would the reason be that they have such maladies in this life from certain things that has been enforced or free-willed chosed/enacted upon them? This is a problem not just spiritually, but physically. As Jesus said, referring only to a particular teaching- "the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak". It also doesn't factor in that the flesh is actively or passively against in what the spirit is trying to do.
I woke up one morning and was still really tired so I went back to sleep. During falling asleep I felt this warm energy around me and it just engulfed me and I went into an astral projection. I couldn’t see anything really but I felt my legs being pulled downwards from my body by a spirit. It wasn’t scary like how some of my experiences went before so I just kind of went with it. It showed me images of incredible things. I saw a huge dinosaur that let out a very high frequency roar that was so magical, then I saw a few early humanoid looking people and I saw the face of an annunaki. Eventually I got to a point where I couldn’t see anything and then all of a sudden I get an intuitive thought that tells me I was King Tut. Let me tell you I completely freaked out during my astral projection. It was very shocking and even now I can’t wrap my head around it. I even can’t sleep at night sometimes cuz it’s always on my mind. So yeah when Gene says once you know about who you were you truly do. And be careful cuz it can be very hard to handle.

Regarding the clairvoyant exercise for recalling past lives, I'd like to share an experience I had a while back. I stood in front of my bathroom mirror before going to bed. The light was on, and I stood there looking at my reflection. My perception had already started to shift to another dimension. I then said, "Show me who I was in my previous incarnations." Not even a second later my face blurred and I saw a series of different faces, all with my eyes, same eyes. I stood there for at least fifteen minutes if more. I lost track of time because I stepped out of time during that period. I eventually came back, and I laid down to go to sleep. But there was a problem. I couldn't go to sleep. I tossed and turned most of the night. I ended up falling asleep but only getting maybe two hours before my alarm clock went off and I had to get ready for work. Looking back, I'd say that my having trouble getting sleep was due to a residual energy that stayed with me throughout my sojourn. Has anyone here ever had that happen to them?

I also had past life memory and the charge of those previous experiences showed me and allowed me to overcome them in this timeline. Once I overcame them, the past life charge of that last life dissolved completely. My entire life is focalized around Spirit and my inner evolution. I was a child of vision and my direct experience also brought me to the Gnosis. Listening to this made me so emotional. Especially when gou spoke of the pain of hiding parts of yourself in a past life and how it brought you to share more and teach in this one. I know a particular life of mine where this desire to share in a certain way was formed. It has not yet been fulfilled. The yearning to become what I am not restricted to do now (in this lifetime) is so great, but I have no idea how I'm going to get there. The lack of lasting contentment.
Not necessarily ecstatic joy, just free from fear, worries, anxieties, pain and discontentment.
Everything you do, everything, is to obtain contentment.
Either directly or indirectly.
All the problems others cause us, is them chasing after their contentment and you got in their way. If they had been content to start with, they would never cause you problems..
It isn't the ego here that is the problem. It's this striving, chasing after contentment that is the problem.
This is what needs to be solved.. this is where you start..

After years of changing schools, majors, jobs, locations, etc, I used to feel "stupid." Why couldn't I finish? Spontaneously experiencing multiple mystical phenomena and gnostic dreams with matching symbolism in waking life led me onto a spiritual pathway. I had an experience in a dream where i was a native indian drinking water from rivers of Amazon, when suddenly a giant king cobra aquamarine color approached and lower to with its open head covering my entire body i didn't felt scared but i couldn't translated in words how i feel, it was as if a mother felt. I have watched both of your past life videos now and they are possibly the most amazing and intuitive videos I have seen! I have been practicing Astral Projection for the last few months and I feel its starting to work its magic now! Had an experience the other night where I able to float upwards and through the roof of my house to view the street below, and I seen a silver cord connecting back from my astral body to my physical body. I've done some of this in my dreams various times since 2010. It feels so familiar and exciting. It doesn't last long. There's a sense of a short window of time to see what I want and need to see. The experience moves very quickly.
When you said being judge about what you did. I got that, I realized from embracing my darkness finally. That all of those darkest of thoughts I must have done in a past life. I haven't witnessed my past lives yet, but I have some ideas on what I'm going to see.

When I was little I always had this memory of being inside my parents’ old house. I told them I remember being there, and they told me that wasn’t possible because I hadn’t been born yet. I wondered if maybe I had simply created a memory by seeing pictures of the house, because logically I shouldn’t have a memory of it, but the more I looked into it, the more sure I was that the memory was real. I doubt I was seeing a past life, but it’s possible my consciousness was somehow there. This never made sense to me until this video, and now it’s like a lightbulb has been switched on. I KNOW some part of me was there, I can still remember it so clearly, and it had always been one of my earliest “memories”. At this time I can’t connect with the importance of this, beyond that it’s proof to me that consciousness is not generated by the brain/body, but I wonder if with more work the significance will be revealed. I believe one day it will, because as far back as I can remember, probably from the age of two, those images and feelings associated with the “memory” was always strong, undeniable, and of importance.

My name is Alvin Muwanguzi, I came across your TH-cam Channel just yesterday in such of something about past lives and I watched the first part of this video series and I watched the second part too, I said the prayer you shared and when I fell asleep I had a dream, in this dream, I appeared to be floating home at night and on my way, in the distance, I saw a figure that looked like a wolf/dog with light blue glowing eyes running towards me and 2 or 3 figures wearing what appeared to be blue garments appeared next to the wolf. These 2 or 3 figures appeared to have lanterns (white lanterns). They appeared to be walking towards me before the ego of fear in form of, The Guardian of the Threshold overpowered me, I then woke up. I strongly believe the three figures I saw are Master Jesus, my Divne Mother and my inner being, because as I was praying, I prayed to all of them. But what could the wolf/dog figure I saw mean? To be clear, all this happened just after watching these two videos and saying that prayer.

I did get some outside help later to check if this was a real memory or not. She saw the exact same thing, also with details I didn't mention, and details I didnt pick up on myself.

I've been to hell realms and heavenly realms, I've seen visions of demons and visions of God. Most of these experiences were induced by psychedelics, the most I got through regular vision is seeing through my eyelids and roof to see the stars and my dreams being more lucid. I have astral projected a couple of times but not intentionally.
In our culture “where i come from and the religion i was born in” we believe in reincarnation so that we help our kids remember their past lives so if a kid has a phobia or an unexplained knowledge or wisdom of something as parents and as a society we try to make them remember so if a child remembers the name of the village we take them there and walk them through and around the village to help remember and most of the time they remember the names of their kids and wives so we help them search.

I came across this series and found very knowledgeable, being an spiritually inclined person from india it answers many questions or at least put the things in alignment and significantly adds up to the understanding I am having.
I just watched the first part and than continued to second part being curious to know past life but yesterday I had weird sensation while going to sleep.
1st instance - feeling a gust of cold wind at my feet which made me awake.
2nd instance - felt something at the back of my heart at the same time.
It happens always during transition period from awaken state to sleeping state.
After that I wasn't able to sleep the whole night as i was spooked.
My feelings? I think watching the video attracted some kind of energy.

question: at 25:04 it says "Extract awareness from the 'bottle' of the physical body".
Is this in reference to sensing the genuineness of a significant relationship with the spirit or core being of someone or something, for the presence that this significant other radiates in accordance with the appropriateness of the situation - atmosphere - is also something that can make you not only have you genuinely experience your life as an observer and feel special because of the grace that they are built out of, but also potentially link these radiated presences to a profound experience that can never be forgotten by even your very essence, meaning that you can link these moments to something familiar that is unbound by only this life's moments?
Edit: I'm trying not to 'connect the dots' here and simply observe just as I have preached, but after watching a bit more of the video, I realise that astral projections or anything else that is a spiritial and genuine experience are similar to my own experiences in the past in how I was able to, almost nightly, lucid dream. What I mean specifically as I reference lucid dreaming isn't the concept that is having control over your hallucinations, but instead the absolute aliveness and hypersensitivity to the hyper-immersive experiences that you go through. Typically, this sensitivity is at its peak when you do have control, so I reference it to lucid dreaming rather than regular dreaming.
This level of sensitivity was also a norm of experience for me in the real world, but after some time, I found myself losing my ability to simply observe, which I have thankfully have the ability to regain control over, and continue to increase the volume of time to which I can control this ability to simply exist as an observer, no matter what happens to me - though, I still am touched by malevolance, which these fears I continue to burn off.

Great question. Indeed the concept of individual past lives can be confusing when we consider the idea that we are all interconnected and part of a greater whole. However it is essential to understand that while we are all interconnected, we also possess individual consciousness and unique experiences. Consciousness, in its essence, is pure and universal, but it manifests itself in different ways through the diverse expressions of life-The Law of Recurrence applies to consciousness as well. Each individual consciousness has its own trajectory, its own karmic debts, and its own process of evolution. Thus, we go through different incarnations, experiencing various circumstances and learning different lessons in order to fulfill our own unique purpose and spiritual development. While it is true that we are all interconnected and part of the same universal consciousness, our individual past lives allow us to grow and evolve individually, contributing to the collective awakening of humanity. By understanding and integrating the experiences of our past lives, we can gain wisdom, transcend limitations, and ultimately realize our true divine nature 🙏

I remember my past lufe, at least some of it. I might look like a pure crazy person but my name had been Tony Karkwell, born in 1652 and died in 1688. I had been assassinated in an English pub by either a redcoat or a bounty hunter. But, I'll get to that later.
I was sitting down in a shack, a single fireplace in the center. The floor was dirt and we sat on potato sack material. My family, mother and father were sitting beside me. I was 16. My father owned a golden eagle and had been training me to own him. We had been eating spinach, three small bites at the most per bowl.
I remember a redcoat, and two others, he had knocked the door down and I was forced to run by father. General Thomas Osborn had looked directly at me but let me go as he took my parents down the dirt path. It was gloomy outside. The next part of what I remember was me with my hung parents.
Their skin was cold, dirty, left alone in the road. I had my hands on my father's cheeks, crying my eyes out. I was filled with rage, and still am. I can feel as I type this, my past anger and sadness. I still have flashbacks, horrible ones. They occur at random, I see everybody near me as a redcoat. I am there again, my past self. I get hostile and have to pull myself from my memories before hurting somebody.
The next memory was me being on a mountain range, looking down upon a valley. My father's golden eagle flying above me. It was snowing, gloomy skies. I wore a midnight black cloak (hince the image, I asked AI to generate them). I could feel the rage boiling within me for what Thomas had done. I missed a girl named Quinn, we had had a possible child in 1688.
I was walking the mountain and came across frozen corpses of redcoats. One had had his belly slit open. Then, I remember tripping and rolling down the side, hitting my head hard on a rock.
I woke up to being in a warm shack, Quinn was there and so was her father. I did not recognize them at first and was scared they were going to turn me in, I remember me pinning her father with my hidden blade inches from his neck before getting sick to my stomach and calming down. I never wanted to get them in my effing mess.
I then remember being in the pub, holding my own wanted sign. The smell of ale and food in the air. I was wanted for 10 pounds, drinking a cinammon alcoholic drink while looking at the sign. I felt a blade go through my back when I saw through the murderer's eyes, the one who had killed me. I remember the pain and agony, scared of not for myself but for Quinn.
I have PTSD, both from my abusive mother that had died and now kind of from this. I love you Quinn. To the ends of Europe and back, dear. If you do somehow read this and remember me. I love you and I am sorry, sorry beyond the delta. I have a voice in those memories however, saying my name, Tony Karkwell, nonstop. And I still do not know why. Is there a reason or not?

I find it pretty easy to project, I just need to sleep straight on my back. I avoid it though because its quite scary.. This one time it happened, I literally saw my self run into the room close the door and go back into my body and wake up.
I've tried to project many times and never succeeded, but,
I have astral projected twice spontaneously and felt intense fear both times. Almost as if i thought if i stepped too far away i would lose my body forever.

I have been lucid dreaming since i was 8 years old to the point I already know how to fly in my dreams and use it as a test if im dreaming or not. But I’ve never experienced astral projection, i will study this further. But anyway, i woke up in the middle of the night last night and meditated and asked the universe to show me my past life. The next dream i had, i was a werewolf. I was running through the forest and up some trees so fast that i felt nauseous, and I couldn’t control myself. I’ve never had a dream that i was anyone other than myself so this was a completely new experience. Was this it? Was that a past life? Is it even possible to be a werewolf in a past life?
