Would 3 mg of Riboflavin help at all.

Thank you. I’m struggling with getting my body to detox. I was put on benzo for 12 years then abruptly stopped by doctor. Homozygous high homocysteine low folate. I need to get my system to start working I ordered ritual vitamins since I’m very sensitive now due to PAWS from Kolonopin. I’m having to try to learn all this on my own to try to get my body to start working. My depression is not normal and I’m labeled treatment resistant. I’m histamine intolerant now so I can’t eat the foods I need it feels like I’m blocked. I don’t know where to start to get this going.

Dr. Gates, are you familiar with the work of Dr. William J. Walsh with respect to treating mental illness with nutrients? He trains doctors around the world in advanced nutrient therapy.

Thank you so much!! I recent had a test done with Genomind due to depression and ADHD and why medications weren’t working. My MTHFR gene came with the following
    C677T: C/T
    A1298C: A/A
They recommended that I take Deplin or L-Methylfolate and exercising instead of using SSRI’s. I noticed the following day after taking L-Methylfolate, I felt happy and sharp. I was able to hold a conversation without forgetting what I was talking about and just felt happy overall. But unfortunately that only lasted a week. What do you think went wrong and what can I do to feel normal again? I did buy a small bottle Niacin as I read an article it may help. Many articles say L-Methylfolate takes 2-3 weeks to kick in but for me it started working the next day. I have taken several medications in the past and never had results like that so I am sure it wasn’t a placebo effect, at least it felt real to me.
I don’t drink alcohol or caffeine, workout 5-6 days a week and my diet can be better but I try. I can’t eat certain veggies as they make me sick but I do try to make up for that with vitamins.
Any recommendations you can provide would be appreciated.
I do have IBS, get migraines and headaches, have sleeping issues, high cholesterol and pre diabetic. I had these issue since I could remember.

Fellow mutual MTHFR homozygous gene person lol with similar symptoms. In my research Non alcoholic Fatty liver is associated with the MTHFR I have been taking liver supplements with fasting to heal the gut, seems to help me. I recently started taking the l methyl folate for a week so far with similar results. Hopefully it continues to help me. May we all find the right doctors to help us on our health journey
