Absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for this video. COMT ++ for myself and son. Doing nearly all that you mentioned but was wonderful to have it explained.
@@JoanneKennedy I have a strategene report for my son and have the pathway planner. Trying to connect all the dots so wonderful seeing another Aussie working with strategene. Might have to organise an appointment to have a chat. It's a lot of homework. But explains so much.
What does adequate meat consumption vs excessive meat consumption look like? A lot of articles I have read say avoid l-tyrosine which is basically all meat in existence. Is there a portion to body weight calculation we are missing?
If you're sensitive to it you may need to restrict doses to once or twice a week until your body catches up detoxifying itself. Also keeping the dose near 100% daily value. I'm struggling a bit too but positive changes are unfolding.
Thank you! I have both mutations and have estrogen dominance and histamine issues.

Lana Jane West the gene reports are interesting but it all comes down to working on diet, gut, nutrient deficiencies etc etc

What are your thoughts on folinic acid for those of us who are sensitive to methylfolate?
If you're sensitive to it you may need to restrict doses to once or twice a week until your body catches up detoxifying itself. Also keeping the dose near 100% daily value. I'm struggling a bit too but positive changes are unfolding.
I think around 9:30 there may be an error? +/+ you said was slow and -/- fast, but I think it’s the reverse right?
What about man that have the MTHFR?
