I believe that chiffon cake is a really hard cake to make, however this recipe makes it super easy and yields brilliant results! I didn’t have a nine inch pan, I only have two small ones, a 7 inch and a 5 inch, so I used two pans and they cake out delicious! I definitely recommend you try to make this!
The temperature in the description section is a bit confusing, how are two different settings with 20°C difference going to produce the same result? Edit: I made this just now using the Firenzzi oven temperature settings although my oven is different. It turned out nice but it didn't rise as tall as I expected and is a bit too sweet to my liking.
