Thank you so much im going to install an intake its my first time ever adding anything to a car and this really helped because i didnt know if i was i was gonna do it wrong😂😅
Glad the video was useful for you. Just remember everything disconnected must be reconnected . I would recommend taking detailed picture of anything you work on before you take it apart to reference when you’re putting it back together. You got this! 👍🏻
Looks good, sounds good, but I bet that type of cone filter intakes suck in a ton of HOT air from the engine bay. I rather stick to the Genuine FSport intake which still utilizes the factory airbox and sucks coolrler air from the front of the car.
Yea what I did to mine is I got the rr racing carbon fiber intake and I customize the air box and put a hole like how the f sport has it and ripped the groves from the inside. Added about 3-5 ponies
@@meatyklaws4207 no, no codes or sensors popped up, make sure u unplug the ground wire from ur battery for like 15 min, let it reset since the air flow is different, also its missing one extra clamp metal strap, had to buy a extra one, also i change the stock metal clamps whre u gotta put the mini k&n filter, the stock metal clamps for those suck.
Thanks for watching. It’s pretty much just plastic push clips all over the shroud panels. Either you have a panel popper or be careful with a flat head since these clips are old so you don’t break them.
Hi Edward. Both are great products. It’s all preference for this particular application there’s only one logical way the intake can route if that makes sense.

@@view13s8 did you have any trouble with sensors after installing the intake?

Did u have to oil the filter or anything ?
Hi the filter comes pre oiled from Injen
@@M2Motoring got it thx I put the intake on last night thx 🙏🏾
awesome. enjoy!@@risktakerjah
how many horsepower get?
Injen estimates a 11hp gain average
Hey I have a question when you lower your car the check headlight system came on.
Do you know how to take it of?
Hi Carlos. My car is doing it as well but it hasn’t affected the use of the headlights. It’s on my list of things to fix on the car. Stay tuned!
How do I take the shroud panels off ?

I have a intake in my Volkswagen CC, any chance the intake would fit on a Lexus is 250??
Without looking at the two in detail I honestly doubt it.
This intake didn't throw your MAF sensor?
Hi no it didn’t. I have never had a single issue with Injen intakes through all the cars I’ve had them on.
@@M2Motoring Thank you, I just wanted to make sure before I went ahead and bought one!
You’re welcome. I am actually selling mine shoot me an email 👍🏻
Which one is better k and n or injen? looking to get 1
