Actual wrestling around isn't abuse, but the fact that people use that term for sex is ridiculous. This is why you do your best to use appropriate words and scenarios with your kids. That way when an adult calls it "wrestling " or a "special hug", or "tickling ", the child knows it's called sex. That way when they are interviewed they know exactly what parts were present and where they were touched and what happened. You can't ignore a fully competent child.

We contacted the FBI for my friends niece Ariana Fitts and all they did was a billboard in San Francisco and Nevada. She was in Life a Magazine, but that's it. She's still missing. She was taken at 2 now she's almost a teenager, if she's alive.

There’s a book called Divorcing a Narcissist by Tina Swithin. She recounts how there was alcohol abuse and dangerous behaviors over and over by her ex. It took the court years before they finally took his parental rights. This mom is desperate to get help so she’s raising a red flag though the media. The court cares more about the rights of abusers than the rights of children.

As someone who’s bio father tried to have s*x with me when I sought him out (because he was not a part of my childhood) for a daddy/daughter relationship, she may not be lying. I just found out RECENTLY that this happens a LOT more than we think.
I have many siblings because of my father. They didn't know about me. But anyways one of my half brothers wanted to ask me out on a date when he saw me (he didn't know). Aunt of my school friend got accidentally pregnant by her bf and she simply vanished. She disappeared from his life and made a decision to cut him out in order to raise her child alone. It was 12 years ago and her kid is doing perfectly fine, he has a big loving family full of aunts, uncles and grandparents.

I deeply respect your intuition as a woman and above all as a mother to your child, but I was torn by your statement because, at the same time we do need to uphold the law. Was the father a sex offender? Can that be proven? There are ways to legally have full custody. Because while I respect your intuition, there are other women who use this sort of thing to punish the father who otherwise did nothing wrong, and there are also other women with mental health issues (paranoid personality, etc) who may withhold their child from the father, and that is unfair as well. What are your thoughts on this?

The police don’t take sexual crimes seriously. Most police officers are men, and feel either personally threatened by the subject, or so uncomfortable and unwilling to deal with it that they’ll do anything to close a report without doing anything. There are SOME officers out there who take it as seriously as they should and try their best, but international statistics on conviction rates for predators (against both child and adult victims) shows us that those good officers are the exception, not the rule.

I don’t get how anyone can allow evil thoughts control them and not want to off themselves. I don’t think we choose what thoughts go in our heads, but we can choose how to respond. The father allow his nasty thoughts to become an action. Like how can he without wanting to end himself?
I am dealing with this same thing with my kids and their father. I’m in Alaska and I keep going to the police and CPS and they keep refusing to investigate. The court awarded their father 50/50 custody even after I did get ocs to do an investigation once and the kids came back with meth in their system. They closed the case after that and refuse to help me anymore. My first thought was do exactly what this woman is doing. Unfortunately Alaska is so small and I fear our safety will be more compromised rather then helped in anyway. I’m so lost. I was told if I do anything to interrupt their visits and keep persisting in reporting him everything the kids tell me a new event, that I will lose any custody of the children to him due to parental alienation.

The child detailed the SA on video, and you can tell it was honest and not fabricated by the mother. I'm trained in forensic interviewing. Interviewing child SA survivors is a delicate process because you can easily plant ideas (intentionally or unintentionally). Posting this online, with the baby's face, doesn't give caring and protective mom to me. I'm sad for this little one because if her dad is SAing her that's a trauma and her mom putting her trauma on display and bringing it up so casually and in detail to internet strangers is equally as exploitative 😢.
I think she's doing this out of genuine desperation. The judge, the police, the doctors are all on the "fathers" side. She can't even get a s.a. kit done without his and judges approval. This mom has literally no one to turn to except the public, this is a horrific situation for that little girl.
Yeah, but she's desperate here. She's gone through all the proper channels with no luck because of the father's connections. She's now trying to make it public, at the risk of her own safety, for her little girl.
She tried to do this the right way and was denied repeatedly. What do you do after that? Say "Oh well, I tried" and watch as your daughter gets assaulted from the sidelines? I'm not digging into you here, I'm just trying to explain the other perspective.

One, I'm a survivor. If my mom had posted a video of my abuse online and the internet was forever, it would have killed me. Two, the likelihood of a child being reassured and growing up to have repetitive violation is high because they've been groomed and their boundaries erased. That happens to regular children, living anonymously with family and friends. Now imagine sharing with the world that your child is a ready-made candidate for SA. Weirdos on the internet will follow you for years, biding their time for when she gets a phone. They don't need to wait long. There is too much wrong here. I'm going to need her to go engage a victims advocate at her local rape crisis center. They can help her navigate systems because this ain't it.

They system is pretty much useless to her at this point. The justice system failed. lawyers failed, judges, e.t.c. they serve the beast. This is patriarchy in a nutshell.
What a horrifying story! She might consider calling the DOJ, the CIA, her Senator or Representatives (or both) in Congress or one (or three) of the major news stations. She definitely should find out who in Congress or the DOJ investigates crime family stuff. I’m sure Bernie could tell her about that. I hope she can save her daughters! It’s weird, but I recognized the company name (Whole House Remodeling) from another video, and it was something not legal about them, or at least shady or crooked, but it wasn’t connected to child SA. I can’t remember what the video was about or who it was by, but, for some odd reason, I immediately recognized that name, but probably because I’ve remodeled my own home, and things like that stick in my mind because of it.
I don’t give a fuck about any paperwork. I will not send my child back to a home where she’s telling me that she’s being molested. This is what I mean when these people are in corrupt towns where they are complicit with sa against a child. She should have said nothing after her daughter said that to her, keep quiet, legally change your name, than take your kids and move to a different state.
If they ver find her, they'd charge her with kidnapping and she may go to jail. The the child would go to the father anyway, and mom wouldn't be able to follow up really

I was thinking the same thing. But after listening to her, showing the victim face in this situation was very necessary. The more she show her face and talk about it, the more public humiliation the father and his son is going to get. It's a corrupt state, that's her only way of getting justice and protect her daughter from keep getting graped 🤷🏻♀️
When the system is corrupted this is the only way. You do what you have to do to save your child.

But the problem is she is leading with her questions and the child is very obviously traumatised/dissociating, get a professional to intevene immediately. This is heart breaking💔

She needs to be going to the authorities and not the internet . It can also make it hard for kids to relay the story when it really matters if they have to keep telling it over and over again. :/

@nnn9854 I made the comment before she explained that authorities are sweeping things under the rug. I still think forcing your child to explain their assault on camera is messed up and my other points remain, hence why I left the comment.
Also I don't believe random strangers on the internet, her story could be true but it also may not be. Why isn't she sharing the name of her husband and the police force that is supposedly corrupt? I haven't watched her other videos so idk. I think outing the corrupt system is more important than trying to gain sympathy and ignoring the actual issue of her daughter being assaulted?
