If you're looking for a cheap Ebike in 2022 then I definitely recommend the Ado A20F folding fat bike. Here we take it on a speed test to see what it's top speed is.

Another killer video of the AWESOME A20F. I've got 26mph on mine. I weigh 172lbs though. So that may be a factor. My friend weighs 215lbs and he struggles to get beyond 22mph.
Thanks, yeah it's a great bike. Weight is definitely a factor. I do wonder though how my scooter does more without me helping. Possibly the controller upgrade.

Yeah but scooters tend to be faster in general. It's all about watts in relation to the weight the engines gotta move. Thats how those Kaabo Wolfking scooters can go 60mph.
With the A20F. The bike alone weighs nearly 75lbs. Then it's got to move the riders weight and whatever load you may be carrying too.
I stood on a scale with my bike. And the total weight was 260lbs. 172 for me. And 88lbs for the bike and accessories.
When you look at it like that. It's very impressive that 500w hub motor can get you over 20mph. Very impressive indeed.

You will love it. There are faster bikes. But for presence on the road and reliability. And replacement parts. The ADO A20F is on it's own.
It's the batman bike come to life. And 26mph is fast enough for me.

@@fender1000100 yeah i cant pedal over 20mph ofen on my roadbike haha so doing it with no effort is a result. cover 11 miles to work in 30 mins

I have a questions about the Ado a20F. I'm buying one off Amazon and I was wondering if this comes with the throttle? Honestly I want the throttle but I just want to make sure if it comes with one or not. Let's say it doesn't can you install a throttle on it? If that's even possible? I have zero ebike knowledge but it seems a throttle is a must have feature! Appreciate if you could reply back because everyone that shows this bike is from the USA or Europe and I am from the UK and I'm a Brummie too lol
Hey thanks! So funny as I'm about to upload an a20f video. If it doesn't come with a throttle then you will be able to fit one it's just a case of swapping the handle and plugging it in. I know they used to be supplied with a throttle but not sure about the amazon seller. Maybe ask them.
I just had a look. The xe model sold for 1049 has a disabled throttle which is easily activated.
Cool helmet 😍 Would the a20f road legal? I'm planning to purchase one for daily commute to and from work
In the uk at least it's not technically road legal since it has a throttle and is over 250 watts (eu version). However since it goes max 25mph it's not really going to grab attention to get you stopped like escooters could.

Back in the late 1990 I was playing around with scooters.
At the mo I got a custom scooter that I put together myself. So went for the E TWoW frame as it’s strong and light. Put a 500w front wheel and a upgrade controller to 48v. Am running between 38v & 50v as the controller is a 48v so not to sure how much one can push a 48v controller,

I think the Eskute Wayfarer could basically be a cheaper Vanmoof or cowboy ebike as the build is very good and all you need to do is get a GPS tracker for it.

I want that helmet it's real cool and what happened to your mirror? I think if you rode like this once a week you would lose 20 to 25lbs in the next 4 to 6 months. Then you would be able to get 25mph just on throttle.
Haha maybe. Tbh it's my diet that holds me back though. The mirror is on the Eskute. Need to buy another.
Oh the helmet is a steelbird air. They're from india and i got mine from ebay. I think they're great for bikes, scooters, eucs etc but although they're motorcycle helmets they seem a bit soft for that.
Is the motor reliable as it's unbranded and would you say it's better then the Eskute Wayfarer?
The wayfarer is more refined as it has 5 assist levels whereas assist on the ado isn't very good. Although they have released a new controller that should be better. I still prefer the ado though as i like the extra speed and that it's more compact. Not sure about reliability yet they haven't been out long enough really.
For me the A20F is the perfect bike. Its fast but not too fast. It looks AWESOME especially the black one. And its very reliable. People I know have bought other ebikes like Engwe ep2 pros and had all kinds of problems.
PLUS alot of these bikes cant handle heavy down pours. I've been caught in two torrential down pours on the A20F and its handled them. The bike is PROPERLY waterproof.
The frame is awesome. And those wheels with the mag rims are LIT. They make the bike look military GRADE Also I've noticed when I'm out on the A20F. The look and sound of it draws alot of attention. And garners a respect level from others on the road. I never got when I was riding a light flimsy looking bike.
The A20F looks powerful like it can down a wall. It makes drivers give you more consideration than they normally would. And I like that.
I have mine SET up with powerful lights for night riding A mirror. A JBL CLIP 4 for rock and funk music as I ride. And the nifty onboard charger. Is a great touch for charging your mobile or anything on the move.
I keep a spare battery in my rucksack. And I let RIP with the throttle. It's the best alround fat tyre bike for under £1000 for all the reasons I've mentioned.
