This CHEAP & LEGAL Ebike SMASHES 1400w+ Bikes Up Hills! Cyrusher Rumble Review
The Cyrusher Rumble is an electric bike I thought wasn't needed. But it absolutely is. I have been so impressed with this Ebike. This Ebike is an absolute beast up hills and yet it's fully legal and also much cheaper so many bikes with worse performance. And it looks great too! Could the Cyrusher Rumble be Cyrusher's best value electric bike yet?

A Taste of the FUTURE for Electric Bikes? Engwe P275 Pro Review
@ 0:12 , do the front and rear baskets come with the gray bags?
@@rascove I think so as they were together in the packaging.
@@e-VRC Thank you very much for your swift response. I'm still waiting for my accessories to arrive early December, but the bike arrived 2 working days after the order.
@rascove I had a look on the site and there's no mention of the bags. But they were together in the packing. I'll email them to check.
@@e-VRC Thanks again for your kind assistance, that's exactly why I asked you about the bags. I noticed the bags in the T2's promotional video and yours, but when I asked Fiido's support team, they said that the bags are not provided, hence why I asked you for confirmation. But anyway, thank you very much again for the help.
@rascove oh they said they're not provided? That's not good since they sent them to me making it look like they were.... However I asked in an email and my first reply was 'all free accessories are on the website'. I explained further and they sent me a picture of the plastic leg protectors asking if I meant that. I have now sent pictures of the grey bags and explained they were in the box with the baskets. Hopefully they just didn't understand you too... Waiting for a reply.
If money, weight was not a problem but main focus is reliablebility and build quality which one would take for daily work commute?
Just found you today. You seem really engaging and enthusiastic. You should be on Tv. ❤️
I put a knobby tyre on my MCM V2 and it just plows through deep snow like it's nothing. Don't think ebikes can do this at all.
@@whatsupbudbud firstly I love my mcmv2. I can't believe it's considered a small wheel. The perfect every day wheel imo. However I think a fat tyre ebike with knobbly tyres would be fine as long as they're getting enough power from motor and rider. But the MCM V2 is so torque-y you're probably right in that a standard legal Ebike would struggle in comparison if the snow is deep 👍💪🤟🤟
@@e-VRC yeah, it's a small beast. :) Regarding ebikes and other types of PEV's on snow, I think euc's win just because there is single point of contact which, if the rider is not angled to the side, makes it possible to ride not only through deep snow but also on slick ice. Bikes have two points of contact so inevitably something will slip.
Im 65 and i want a bike that i can lift in and out of the car. Im not bothered about going faster than 15.5 mph, but i do want a throttle and to be able to go up hills easily with PAS. Seems like this is ideal for me?
@@stephenparker5272 seems to tick all the boxes though up steeper hills it would need some input but even this motor will help a lot
I was thinking about buying it but weight is the main reason I won't
Even on power mode one or two, the gearing is not high enough to help the motor except up hills. I need to find a way to change the hub gears on my Fortis e-bike.
Love your video reviews, I'm just about ready to take the plunge on an ebike thanks to you........but I have a question. WHY is the ability to lock the front forks solid so important? This is a genuine question. Thanks.
@@iandennis7836 thanks for watching! For me it's that on decent roads you don't really need suspension so if you ever try to go fast it's slightly harder with squishy forks. Also sometimes the suspension is bad so I wish I could lock it out.
@e-VRC oh, ok. Me, I'm old enough (let's not even mention the back problems) to not just want but NEED a squishy ride full time, but thanks for the reply. Did I mention how helpful your reviews are? Kerp up the good work.
This e-bike is shown powered up to 15mph without any pedal movement. How is that legal in the UK? Please excuse my ignorance!
its funny how some bikes quote 50nm torque like this and don't make it up the hill and then others like Crazybird Seta are a bit slow but absolutely make it up. Makes it so hard to choose a bike on specs .... but then hard to test ride these bikes before buying them!
can you adjust settings so pedal assist kicks in sooner?
Easy money 💵 😂😂😂
@@przalorotyro2982 😂😂
I can not get the throttle working done the unlock of speed then zero start did you hold the break and throttle down together pal ?
@@FORGEDINFLAME999 it's been a while but yeah I'm sure this one is hold throttle and brake for about 15 seconds when turning it on
@@e-VRC will try thanks
The tyres aren’t the best they don’t last as long whack some kenda’s on the battery is a hailong battery
Manufacturers should also include how much current the battery can output. With v+ah you only get its capacity but what about power?
I agree 👍 especially when some use the numbers to inflate figures (e.g. quoting motor capacity when actual output is low)
Is there a folding version....great channel
@@sissano1 Thanks! Sadly Cyrusher don't seem to make many folding bikes.
How do you unlock the speed limit???
Hi i have purchased pvyz20 max but the pedal assist is not working. I have tried on all assist level but the motor is not giving any power although everything is on. Can anyone help?
I'd love you to take Fiidoz C11 city bike up Sandy Lane see what time that got (the older version not the new pro which for some reason tho having only a250w motor instead of the 500w brushless and basically the same spec is near £200 more ? I have the older version tbo l only got it in august this year, and the Ezkuta SX-250 S4 which l know you took the eskuta s3 Up Sandy Lane in 1min 40 seconds if I'm not mistaken, now l know my Fiido C11 can beat the Eskuta on hills, it can take steep banks that l doubt the Eskuta could make but then tbe eskutas 9 stone and I'm 14 stone so it still does well, but the Fiidos 26kg 500w brushless and can do 28 unrestricted, l know it wont beat the Ridstar Pro at 33seconds - ( bloody impressive) but l guess it would be a minute or a second or two less, it bugs me that l cant try it on Sandy Lane but l hope one day you get the Fiido C11 city bike and my curiosity will be satisfied. I'm subscribed to a few ebike testing sites but honestly l think yours is by far the best. I bought the Eskuta after watching your videos in August I'd watched a few on it and it had decent reviews, but it was your enthusiasm for it that sealed the deal for me. I'm currently watching your backlog of vids but taking my time so as to save them longer. Great vids, well filmed and sound recorded
I’ve got a keteles k800 coming, for £1238 on Black Friday deal it’s got dual 1000w motors and a 48v 23ah battery. They claim 35mph which I should be able to get being only 70kg in weight.
I'm ordering the Tuttio Adria 5000w dual motor 210 N.M /. 30 a.h. / 52v 1399$
0:17 I swear officer I was only going 4mph!.
It just shows you how overpriced the other bikes are.
To de-restrict the rumble the cable is under the bike 😜
@@findingouradventure_ I looked I didn't see anything.
@ This is the video Cyrusher sent me th-cam.com/video/3OXbROJ6myw/w-d-xo.html
@@e-VRC Can you do another video if you figure it out! Thanks!
@niccoomar9569 not much point to make a whole video to just say where the wire is. I'd just put it in the pinned comment or something.
@@niccoomar9569 just look under the bike where the cables go
Just a note They also have the original Kommoda on sale for the same price. Slightly shorter, smaller battery but it has rear suspension. Pay you money take your choice? Your code works on both (So £919) And there's a Black Friday bundle (Bags, bottle and phone holders) Got me thinking.....
@@rogerstarkey5390 I was going to mention that but totally forgot but yeah good point. Rear suspension vs bigger battery basically 👍
Should have tried Sandy Lane after altering wheel diameter.
@@garry7901 the bike didn't go over 15.5 on the way up so I doubt it would've made a difference.
It does look pretty good. Is it meant as a competitor to the L29 do you think ? And if you had to spend your own money, which would you buy ? This, of the L20 ?
@@zednotzee7 ooh good question. I like the brakes on this one. The L20 looks better imo. Motors about the same. Bigger battery on this one though. I suppose this one has better spec.
@@e-VRC Thinking about it, I think I'd go for the L20. For a 3 reasons. As you say, the L20 looks better, you don't have to muck around with wheel sizes to get a bit more poke out of it, and also because it does seem going by quite a few comments I've seen on reviews of Cyrusher bikes, their after sales service is lousy. Think I'll be still be saving up for the L20 next year.
@zednotzee7 the L20 is still one of my favourite bikes and if you're not bothered about extra range and hydraulic brakes then it's a good choice. I love the handlebars.
Dealing with Cyrusher when something goes wrong with one of their e-bikes it’s like banging yourself in the nuts with a cheap spanner.

I smell BS on the 250w lol, but im all for it man, i hate our freaking rules for power of motors. p.s yer i found out how little grip those tires have goin around a sharp corner slowly, wasnt that wet also front wheel went and i hit the deck, and it freaking hurt, bike on top of me and theres me rtrying to not let it hit teh floor cause ddnt want to ruin it xD, got a flat so buying new ones as since then i have no faith with em no more lol
@@nul1fe the power rules are so confusing really. Even Halfords ebikes aren't 250w... Yeah I wish they'd just put road tread on these tyres.
Another excellent video, its time up Sandy Lane was comparable to my Crazy Bird Jumper which has the (limited) 750W Bafang Motor, so I was surprised how well the (limited) 500W motor performed.
@@Faluzeer yeah I was extremely impressed.
They could have included in description Torque, which more reliable way to tell its true power
@iraklimgeladze5223 It is only more reliable if the claimed Torque is accurate. I have watched a number of videos where the claimed Torque did not match the actual performance. Though yes I agree adding the torque would be helpful.
@@Faluzeer Torque is motor power, but it may be not consider, if batteries provide enough power.
@@Faluzeer yeah I've had bikes with the same claimed torque with vastly different times up the hill.
I was coming home from work today and i pulled the back brake and spun around in a near 360 .Thank God there wasn`t a car or truck behind me .Black ice all over the place .Nice bike that. By the way that seat looks like a Nut Stretcher.
@@Jimmyj2f wow glad you're ok. Hazardous stuff! Haha I'm gonna have to take another look at the saddle 😂😂
If possible only take routes that your local council considers a “priority” which is basically all main and B roads. They get gritted heavily.
You should never PULL the back brake, Squeeze it and youll feel it grip better but slower and you wont get the slide, black ice is a bugger tho, l once got caught by it in my car l was turning onto an estate slightly down hill, the road had been gritted mostly and melted, but at this junction for some reason the black ice had lingered, luckily l wasnt going very fast and sailed round in a complete graceful turn would have given me 10 out of 10 as an ice skater, and there was no one else there driver or pedestrian, after that car l got one with an ice sensor in which much too my surprise actually worked. Havent had a car in awhile had been considering one this year as was sick of local bus services being abyssmal but l got the Ebike bug in late July and by September had 3 lol, but winters not good for them is it, battery depletes faster and the gripping on the road isnt great, so l think it might be a car for winter and bikes for spring. N summer, l dearly want the Ridstar q20 pro, but l cant justify the cost as its a want thing not a need, and having 3 takes up all the spare room lol, but its a nice very nice bike for only £1400, innit. Maybe come spring, l could buy it as a xmas present for mesell not to be opened until late March.. Yeah like me waiting that long is going to happen lol
@@ramborambokitchenkitchen6357 Haha yeah so they say
@@Jimmyj2f my bike was covered in salt after a 25 mile round trip the other day. Like heavy heavy amount of gritting was done, kinda overkill with fat tyres but oh well.
Is this uk glee ride website legit
BUT CROTCH ROCKETS LIKE HAYABUSA ARE PERFECTLY LEGAL
What’s the range on this thing on max PSA with some throttle given it wise about as much as the engine pro and doesn’t look at being very skinny any rough estimate of range and relatively flat streets? Still think it’s way overpriced for what it is? Was thinking about it because you’re less likely to get pulled over on this, I suppose, but I think they just want you to buy the 16 amp battery to be honest, but with the 13 amp any rough estimate of a range
I wonder what the IP rating is for the battery as in the review it was raining so there must be some weather protection scenes it is exposed
I wonder if you installed hydraulic brakes with the levers that come with the kits would it affect the brake light?
At the price, it should be 16 A, I wonder if you could put on 3 inch road tires on the wheels?
Legal wattage should be 750 W that will get you to 28 miles an hour not a lot more. I can do that on the road bike no problem but I can’t stop on the road bike with skinny tires and brakes that are not meant to stop, but gradually slow you down These fat tire bikes large contact patch with road although I wish they came sometimes with 3 inch tires hydraulic brakes you’re stopping pretty quickly and they’re just fun 28 miles an hour is absolutely nothing on a bike max wattage 750 W that should be the legal limit Above that it shouldn’t be basically basically most fat tired ebikes are 750w, anyway
You can peddle faster than 15mph😂
Designing a step-thru bike ie. with no "masculine" cross-bar - so that it doesn't look like a "ladies" bike must be quite a challenge. Less so with small 20" compact folding ebikes of course but not so easy with 26"-28" bikes. This one is unisex of course but has a tough slightly muscular aggressive look to it - so a male rider's masculinity/virility shouldn't be called into question by too many "doubting thomases" (if you'll pardon the expression..)
@@paulgovan3507 I love your assessment 👍
Great bike, and $899 right now! My favorite folder by far. Full suspension, great seat for rider comfort and a good 20mi range at 16 to 20mph. Battery is securely locked inside a metal frame. Large display, volt readout, fenders, rack, head/tail/brake lights...
Vester step please?
i just bought this bike last friday and it got here today and its all faulty :(, i can change both batteries to full and when i get it all ready and about to start the bike, it doesnt turn on, i have no idea if it a baterry connection issue or just the desplay and the buttons dont work
Ive been wondering this question? How steep is sandy lane?
I measured part of it in one the videos maybe the one that's actually about hill climb. Anyway I think it was about 10% where I measured it. It does change as it goes up but it's not mega steep just quite long.
Hey, what's the real range of this model? Specs says it's 140 km but, what's the real one in the city area?
Thanks for a good video (including the previous video) making my decision to buy the Ovia a lot easier. And a special thanks for the £80 discount 😊😊
@@bobdelange2169 no problem. Hope you love it..I thought it was great 👍
Nice one! Whats your current favourite bike? Im looking for my first one to commute to work mostly. And duotts c seemed cool..why do you recommend?
Hey man , love your videos always fun to watch and always honest. Will you be doing a review on the new Engwe M1 ?
@@daniBoiiii thanks for watching. They offered it then changed their mind as it's not available in the UK. I don't know if that means it's harder to send it to me as obviously not all the people who see the videos are from the UK 🤷
@ I’ve got one and I’m in Ireland so don’t see why you can’t get one ?
@@daniBoiiii if you're Northern Ireland then yeah they should be able to send here too. If you're Republic of Ireland then you're in the EU and that's probably why.
@ that’s fair :). Just was looking forward to your take on it. Thanks for reaching out anyway to me brother.
@@daniBoiiii same to you. I really like the look of that bike and was gutted they couldn't send it. They're sending L20 boost and LE20 so maybe after those I'll try again 😂 take care 👍
