    Hey little sis!
    Just wanted to say how this is working for me!
    It helps my hair stay moisturized longer. I only mix in 1 tbspn. I do a water rinse out once a week. I wash and deep condition every 3 or 4 weeks.

    It hasn't started yet lol but I just got the Sahel chebe not too long ago and followed how you mix yours, minus the emu oil... For now😂 I just melted my Shea butter and used that, but it has been working. Glad you shared how you used yours in your last video

    Been using a chebe shea butter mix for about 4 weeks now and I absolutely love it. My hair stays moisturised for about 4+ days, detangling is much easier, wish I had started much sooner. Decided to try it when I couldnt find my usual castor oil brand. So far no regrets, would like to try it in a deep conditioner.

    I enjoyed this video! How do you feel about using a 100% boar bristle brush to seal the hair down the shaft on damp hair after putting a shea butter and grease mixture? When my grandma was alive she’d often tell me I need to brush my hair, I did for a time however when it was dry and it seemed to mess up the definition of my curls and my hair was constantly frizzy. I have recently seen a video of a woman who said to do it while damp so I’m thinking of trying it out again to see if there’s different results for me. I understand this is about chebe specifically I just wanted to get your opinion on it, if you have any 😊 thanks! My hair is very high porosity and I think it’s possible it could help me lay the cuticles down and help me retain more moisture than I normally do.

      Yes, on more curly/kinky/coily hair you definitely should use a brush on moisturized or damp hair, wet hair is a plus, a tip is to soak your brush in hot water then towel dry and apply your fav oil to it thoroughly before use. Thank me later 😉

      @@maneattraction923 thank you I will definitely try that out!

      I personally wouldn’t use it on the shaft of my hair while wet as I feel like it would snap my hair. The only time I use it is to brush down my edges or brush my hair into a bun/ponytail.
      I think everyone hair is different and it is probably best to just give it a try and see how you like it .

      @@milami. I’ll definitely be sure to use the softest boar bristle brush for that reason of breakage, thank you!

    Hey girl, new sub. Sending love from Kenya. Can you kindly recommend ways to thicken hair? Mine is fine, but sparse. Please help.

    • @milami.
      @milami.  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m not really sure how to thicken hair. My hair has just always been on the thicker side.
      I do feel like genetics may play a role but it could also be a vitamin deficiency. I wish I could be more helpful but I’m not too educated on thickening hair. Sorry!

      Try hot oil treatments. Use jojoba oil, emu oil, coconut oil, black Jamaican caster oil, rosemary oil, amla oil, moringa oil, baobab seed oil, peppermint oil etc. Mix. Warm the oil. Put it on your hair. Cover with a shower cap for 30 minutes to one hour. Wash out and shampoo and deep condition.

    Is your hair type 4c😅?

    • @milami.
      @milami.  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don’t really follow the hair typing system but if I had to take a guess I would say that I have some 4c. I have multiple textures but the parts of my hair that is 4c or close to 4c would be the sides of my hair closes to my hairline. That is the tightest part of my hair. I feel like my hair is just a combination of 4a, 4b and 4c but I’m not 100% sure. Hope that helps.
