Uh oh the oils and butter on the hair after washing? Scalp should be dry with nothing on it I think. Helps with maintaining a clean scalp.

I also have issues with my hands I was attacked by a pit bull in 2010 and ended up with permanent nerve damage in my whole right arm. i ended up with ulnar nerve damage my nerve in that arm thinks it was cut but it was crushed and responds like a cut nerve. the doctor said pit bulls have between 800-900 lbs of biting pressure! so my right arm has been tingling every since my accident! I also have a trigger finger that has developed from my nerve damage and when I do my hair it hurts my hand often so I can relate! I hope yours gets better mine is permanent which I hate, Ive also noticed certain products make my hand lock up as well. i plan to start my chebe journey hopefully by tonight 1/3/25 you have beautiful hair!

I'm here for the hair manipulation. I reached my goal of 20 inches and now i think I'm headed for 24(waist). I just want my hair to be in the way and fabulous no matter what i do to it. Get up, remove the scrunchy, and rock it wherever it lands. I even have soft nylon zip ups/hoodies in every color to avoid the friction when it's down. Let's go!.

I have Carpel Tunnel too, so I have to limit the twisting. Plus I hate all the residue, flakes and debris in my hair, so I've been using a Chebe water spray and also a chebe oil. Both I make, both are more convenient to apply and neither has residue. Your hair is beautiful. Thanks for sharing your journey.

Thank you so much for showing your shed hair after each step because very few natural hair bloggers reveal the hair that shredded while doing their hair. In fact, most natural hair videos only show the hair they shed when detangling but not through the various steps: washing, drying, as well as detangling. I do my girls' natural hair and am always learning how to get a good gauge of healthy shedding. I appreciate you. I realize it's different for everyone; however, I still like to get a view of what other's shedding looks like.

4b/4c hair-I use African pride miracle leave-in conditioning creme, Ogx regular conditioner coconut milk, a quarter of design essentials daily moisturizing Lotion diluted with water and oils because my hair doesn't like oils alone. My hair has to be wet when I apply them. My hair stays moisturized all week.

If your hair is to heavy try 2 or3 ponytails.. you make one in the centre add a second pony tail over this one.. like all around it and your 3rd pony is the perimeter this one can be a bit more Loose so it doesnt pull.. i do mine like this.❤
