The film is titanic. I was looking for advice about how to manage my band you helped a lot thanks a lot. I'm going to go make a list of some band goals now.

Dude this mans advice is horrible... setting goals is great and all, but you need to understand what drives the people behind the band... where the differences are and where the middle ground is! This guy is logical to the point of haemorrhoids.... don't not listen to this video... its basically a serial killer pretending he doesnt kill and then murders everyone with a name starting with the alphabet

Which path is likely to be best for shaping you into becoming a world class band manager? Going to college for a degree in Music Business? Or devouring blogs, books, and TH-cam videos about managing bands and THEN going to college if you decide that a lack of a degree is holding you back by more than enough to pay the $150K - $200K that the degree will cost to get?

Hi Andrew, I think you are in a lucky position where a lot of education is now free to consume online but there is nothing like having a good mentor to help with strategy and ideas and experience. I would only go on a degree if the people teaching and running the course are really helping and getting stuck in with your career.. The piece of paper isn't worth that much money

How do I convince the band I laughingly "manage" to take my advice on board?

Former special ed. teachers are the best for the purpose of setting goals and working towards them.

What is the "right" way to approach a potential candidate about management? What's the right way to ask someone to he your manager?

*FAR TO MUCH ROOM NOISE.......... VERB! I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE IS SAYING.. she is to far from the direct mic. Please install some PROPER absorption in your room- it will make your audio much better.*

Your poor daughter looks like she checked out after she read the question lol. She just keeps looking at you when you look at her so she looks like she is paying attention lmao. But I sure she gets a lot of great opportunities and knowledge having you as a father.
