I think it's very important to talk about the pros and cons of having management. I'm a full time Tour Manager and many people think we aren't necessary, but a good TM steps in and saves the band money, time, headache and more. We are also the eyes and ears for management on the road. I made a video about this on my channel if anyone reading cares to look.

The edits are so fire and had to have taken for evvvver. How long did this video take to compile? Had to have been at least some weeks

Awesome video ❤😂 my question is what would you call someone who doesn’t want to take a percentage and offers to do the same things hourly on a smaller scale for more artists.. for example, what if I want to charge $200 an hour to consult and create all of the branding and packaging and create a roadmap for the artist, so they can do it on themselves especially if they’re just emerging

Ignorance is only bliss when the path to a music career isn't in one's mix of unavoidable desires. Thank you for hosting these information portals. Hesitation Blues has been my life in music for much of it and that's based on the fact that ignorance is fear of the unknown, or frustration with not knowing more often than bliss when one knows something about what one does not yet know, enough to just taste it but not find the blueberry bushes. Until the video internet developed like this, even 15 years ago nothing like this was easy to find. It might be in books, articles, but you'd have to be a professional investigative journalist or a detective or scholar to be able to dig up enough to make a difference.

I’m still a little unclear about how long to run ads to each audience, how soon to start pausing audiences, what metrics make a good ad good. And I’ve taken the FF training.

The meme and reference game in this practically had me rolling. ...And the video was helpful and informative, besides :)

Graci’s meme game is strong in this video, definitely kept me engaged lol

Maybe I’m old but I find thoses memes really distracting. Seeing LOTR shots takes me down a thinking path such as ”hmm I never enjoyed watching those movies. I remember my eyes hurting while watching the first one” and similiar thought pattern arise from other memes aswell. I couldn’t focus on the content.
