Please continue the tradition of baking Bread. You are blessed to have such a background. Such a blessing and pride to Goa. Long live Goan Poder's. God bless Salvador.
I Guess... Education Is Something That's Bringing The Change With Changing Generations....Such A Well Mannered Girl...Mr.Salvadore Has Brought Her Up So Humbly. So Sweet 🎂 Bless Them. May His Health Become Better And Get Good Health. May Mrs. Salvador's Wife REST IN PEACE 🕊️✌️
Such a lovely video. Traditional Goans are angels. They just knew how to enjoy life with food and music. I had a lovely Goan family in mumbai. My dear goan sister was killed by a carpenter at home. That pain still remains. Everytime I remember my dead relatives, I remeber her as my dear sister. May she sleep in peace in Goa now. Miss u sister. Sadly the modern goan men on the sea shores have become cheats. Well cultures do change. It changed from Kolis to Portugese and now no one knows to what.
Good effort in Making this vedio . I am a GSB , my forefathers moved out from Goa during Portuguese Inquisition . But we GSBs are Very Emotional about Goa . We visit our Kula devatha temple atleast once a year . Wherever I visit Goa I regularly eat Pao there . I Stay in Mangalore . Here we don't get such Pao like how it's done in Goa . Regular Bread in small size is given as Pao here . Love you Goa .
@ravip1849 .... your forefathers did not move out, they were to simply put it chased out of Goa by Portuguese to avoid conversion or getting killed like many others GSBs and other Hindus, even the GSB kuldevta temple was also demolished by those scoundrels .... I am not sure why you want to sound soft by saying "moved out" by putting blame on your forefathers ...
@Rahulcj6234 Most of those who accepted Conversations Got Assets , Jobs , Positions etc for Free . Those who did not accepted Conversations and Stayed there , moved to South Goa . Not Only Inquisition and Attrocities were the Reason to Quit Goa . Economic , Job search , Bussiness search were also were the Reasons . We GSBs in South were also Migrated from Gujarat , Bengal , Rajastan etc . Bengal Femines killed a Large number of GSBs . Still Bengal holds a big number of GSBs . GSBs also settled in Rajapur , Kudal , Mumbai , in Maharastra . A huge number were settled in Kashmir and Jammu who are called as Pandiths . Interesting thing is that A big Group has Moved to Regions of Russia . A group of Slavs are identified as GSBs Migrated from India .

i always prefer to buy from these traditional bakers ,,morning some always come on cycles with bread and bakery products ...just love the traditional taste and freshness.
I've brought up in Goa, went to school and college over there. I've left Goa in 1997. I desperately thrive for paav, poli with baaji, samosa, batata Vada and mirchi. I'm ready to sacrifice anything for Goan paav baaji. I miss all that
Liked very much d traditional Bread making process, a variety of bread catered to all ages, and healthy. But, I loved Salvador's typical Goan Konkani, explaining d vital dough making process after adding d Yeast, d dought needs to rest for around 4 hrs until d Rising of Dough describing it as Peet Fugna Mangta hei, Peet Futna nahi chahiye. His humorously spoken hindi reminds me of my own Mom who brought a smile to us being d Over Smart Alec's of modern times although ignorant of so much around, and who spoke it till her last. This video brought me back warm bready memories, and whenever I visit, do make it a point to hv it rather than a modern bakers tasteless, sliced bread with preservatives & unhealthy. Every village had its own bakery, and they wd hv a section in d Mkt place selling only bread which sell like hot cakes. It wd be nice to let one know where in Goa is Shana's bakery located??
Have been a typical North Indian tourist to Goa since 2 decades through Many personal visits, official conferences and offsites..Have tried many times to look for these authentic home made Breads at usual Tourist locations.. Disappointed to say, its not easily available even in normal tea shops or restaurants..

Nicely shot and presented. If only the narration was also up to standard!
Omg we had an english chapter about this in 10th grade!!!
Anyone knows the exact location of this baker??
We goan we are proud of my country
Get the hygiene right first.
Who is going to eat that bread? 🤔
the pav is very good
nice
The hygiene levels are just out of this world.
lol bro the bacteria gets burned when it is kept inside the Owen
This is how everyone makes breads
Bacteria will get transferred from his naked upper body onto the bread and add flavour also.
Yummy 😋🤤❤ lovely 😍
🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Lol nothing is forgotten...I live literally in the urban spaces and still I get to have poee
