I've played through maps with Hong Kong, Italy, China, the Middle East, American, and magical themes. Games where players can spontaneously create maps like these are already quite rare.

That's why I like the UBCS in Resident Evil so much. Commandos trained to combat the very bioweapons the company that employs them create, and the only reason they get floored is because of a rogue element. Other than that they were impeccable operatives.

You're taking the concept of the supernatural and turning it into a minor annoyance, like a pipe leak or a cockroach infestation lol which is think is also pretty awesome

Also can we even say zombies are supernatural? Most people forget they're just animated corpses or infected humans and humans are surprisingly brittle.
But yeah, not gonna lie, your comment made me think hard of GROUPS of elite agents and I literally can't think of a single one. FEAR, Condemned, Trepang, Dead Space and most other games have you go solo, in Rezident Evil you're a squad of two people at best and the BEST example I can think of is the Clive Barker's Jericho

Oh wow I havent heard of Kane and Lynch in too long. I loved the multiplayer concept of that game. So cool that you can choose to play as a team or competitively and then use your winnings to buy better weapons and armor in following rounds. Wish it wasnt so unkown cause I feel like people would still be playing it.
@@SkynetToaster The second was so janky it killed hopes for a follow up title. Multiplayer was fun tho. The first one was great overall.
Now that you mentioned it, KaL2 was definitely one of the first games to use a camera filter as a main gameplay thing
I played this map several times a while back in solo play. Only beat it I think twice. Damn good and damn hard map, one of my favorites

Yama is an excellent campaign in all maps except the fourth one... which just so happens to be the longest. Still worth playing though.

nah this game is better than world war z, in fact that you can mod the game easily with literally anything you want
Uh no, L4D's bullet impact feels vastly superior to that of WWZ.
Every single shot in this game feels visceral, whereas WWZ's shooting feels a bit too much like shooting into plastic foam.
You might not remember how good the shooting feels in L4D, you can go back and compare for yourself.
Not only L4D2 came out way before that crap game u mentioned, it's also much better and more fun.
Versus mode that let u be the zombies will be one of the most unique and entertaining mode in zombie games ever.
I used to love this game very much.

Yama is such a beautiful Map. It's the reason why I still play l4d2. Valve at this point should just come back for the game for awhile and make this map official. It's too good.
There is now a yama common infected skin that you can now play with
If its in a hard mode 3 hits you are now incapacitated or even decease
10 hits. Expert is 10 hp per hit

l4d was a really fast pace game compared to most shooters, and this kind of emphasis this. Nice diversity of weapons too, most mods just need a reskin is all.

Yama is definitely different from your typical L4D2 map, it very visually beautiful and interesting setting, however it also extreme hard, not like that one chinese map that throw random tank at you hard, it just very frustrating to play on higher difficulty because medical supply is few and far between and enemy have alot of visual cover to hide in.
Honestly my favorite custom campaign.
I dont understand why L4D2 can be so great with such a simple formula yet all modern zombie gamrs failed so hard

When i see that, i would like to see more horror action games taking place in Japan. Maybe i will be doing one myself someday, and get inspired by these Yama maps. aaaah, Fighting Japanese zombies/infected/mutants with weapons such as P226 pistol, Minebea SMG, Browning Citori shotgun or Howa rifles.

@@bruhtholemew why not? The infected of L4D are just people with rabies, excluding the Specials who mutated for some reason. Even then, half of those specials would still take like 1-2 shots from a pistol to die

My apologies but I should make it clearer that You can get the "United We Stand Mode" from Rayman's Mutation Mode aka Mutation Mods.
It's on Steam and it's should be appear as "Custom Mutation" with biohazard icon on Left 4 Dead 2 Menu

Edited. You can only change survivors sound when they speak. Search in workshop MRV. The rest edited using editing software

This bodycam mod really ups the horror factor and slight realism from the original title. Valve is sitting on gold . At this point valve should come out with a home console to rival PlayStation and xbox and make A potential left 4 dead 3 as a console exclusive

Why does everyone in bodycam games hold their pistol at an angle lol
It’s called being at a compressed ready stance. It allows you to keep a pistol down low so you can keep situational awareness, prevent it from being grabbed while having the ability to shoot when surprised. Then when you need to you just punch out and aim like normal but faster. At least it looks that way.
What mod do you use so all the sound is heard as a recording? I found the mod for the bot voices but not for the sound in general
