    Ive been eating lean cuisine and just started the smart one meals today, they are actually pretty good, ive lost 18 pounds in one month, im not too strict on myself like id like to be but 18 pounds in one month is good for me sense ive had trouble trying to lose weight for the last 9yrs, after having 4 kids, its finally me time and finally found something that works for me, gotta try that egg and ham, thanks for the review

    Also drinking low cal carbonated drinks will leave you fuller as well with the meal a fruit and the drink !!

    There was actually a diet on E-diets back in the day that incorporated frozen meals but added fruit or a salad or more veggies. Was the best diet ever and you lost weight fast. The portion control was great and the convenience was great. Congrats on the weight loss.

    For breakfast I added a 100 calorie English muffin each day. It helped keep me full in the morning

    I lost 6 pounds eating lean cuisine for dinner in a week. I don't recommend it cuz I'm always hungry, but I'm sticking to it cuz I need to lose more weight

    Alot of comments saying this isn't enough food. Eat more than one box! The calories are low enough to do so.
    I have two for breakfast (eggs) one for lunch (vegetarian) and two boxes for dinner!
    I'm on a 1500 calorie plan and have calories left over for snacks!

      The problem with these meals is the sodium. Some are high protein, low calorie but loaded with sodium. I usually add veggies and/or a salad.

    I don’t really like the Smart Ones meals. I find Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice to have better flavor. I’ve had great success before with those two brands and exercise. Great video!!!!

    I’ve done this before and lost 20 pds. Very easy to do, since it’s portioned and calories listed. Just add up the calories. I prefer the healthy choice meals. I mainly ate 2 a day and a snack ( and not always a healthy snack) if no snack then I would eat another meal. I also drank apple cide vinegar with a little NO Salt- which is potassium to help with water weight. These meals tend to be higher in sodium. The Smart Ones are not that great. You would be more satisfied with The healthy choice and lean cuisine because they have higher protein content.

      I'd say everybody is different some people lise it quicker then others. Always include drinking water on any diet.

    The smart ones baked ziti marinara and the Santa Fe rice and beans ones are good, but not very filling. Lean cuisine has a good cheese pizza one that will satisfy a pizza craving. These frozen meals are real life savers when you’re about to eat something fattening. I always keep a few in the freezer. I agree with other posters about the healthy choice ones being good also. I recommend the Amy’s cheddar cheese bean and rice burrito. It’s very filling and microwaveable.

    i love lean cuisine and healthy choice, but since im on a tight budget, i occasionally buy those, my favorite smartones meal is the chicken broccoli rigatoni

    Those are actually pretty good and healthy! I eat lean cuisine and healthy choice ones but only on the weekend. Otherwise, I eat serving size of my foods. I don't gain. :) Good idea with the trays. Thanks for good video!

    I am currently doing this I am eating smart ones for lunch & dinner & I'll add on a salad or vegetables on the side I'm also eating morningstar farms foods I love there veggie griller patties & the veggie bacon strips I'll eat 2 eggs with the veggie bacon in the morning & smart ones meals or morningstar burger or chicken nuggets for lunch or dinner depends on wat I'm in the mood for & I am also counting my calories in the my fitness app

    I had the smart ones meal lsst night for dinner the chicken fettucini and i was STARVING i hsd a lean cuisine tonight and i feel great! Those smart ones are nottttttt filling !

    People in jail when locked down eat alot less calories and survive actually come out skinnier and healthier because the exercise drink coffee to not think about food. If we really want to lose weight there should be a lock down in our house it's just a thought.
    I'm a truck driver and while delivery a warehouse guy said he left a box for me. I opened it and it was a bunch of Lean Cuisine Swedish meatballs pasta meals. Heated up one and after a while I felt hungry but didn't eat till next mealtime.
    What I regularly eat keeps hunger away is BOILED EGGS and other meal is MINUTE BROWN RICE small cup portion microwave add a can of SALMON boneless add a can MIXED VEGETABLES and spices. Other meal Salmon or Tuna with Boiled eggs. YOU DON'T FEEL HUNGRY afterwards with these PLUS THEY'RE HEALTHIER.

    watch the sodium intake..i keep mine to 600mg meals for the most part..added a salad and fruit to my lunch and dinner meals..easy and i am losing weight still..been on it for 2 months hardly any cravings if at all

      If u have just 2 of these a day that's bout 1200mg sodium well under the limit for daily consuming.plus some fruit .maybe some nuts and stuff

    be careful of the sodium in those frozen meals. try Nutrisystem. they are much healthier.

      it depends on your needs. I think you'd be fine if your picking low calorie options 2 is fine. 400 to 500 calories for supper is still low calorie. You will still lose weight.

    There was a frozen food that was made with steak string beans and potatoes 🥔 now I don't see it any more I'm upset 😬😪lean cuisine is the only frozen food that's 5 bucks trying to save money I hope it's healthy

      Miso sa how about eating more veggies and lots of water. Eat fruits that have water like oranges, watermelons...strawberries...etc.

      i had the same problems. eat Oatmeal. youll FEEL full after just 180 calories. its wierd

      Drink a bottle 10 minutes before . Chew each bite 20 times or until it's gone then sip after then after you eat what's on your plate drink another water bottle

      I found that it was because I wasn't eating enough protein. That really makes a difference. Once I did, I was fine and had energy again. Breakfast, snack, lunch,snack,dinner,and snack. You won't be hungry and lots of water.

    One what you don't know and what you did wrong here. You only eat smart ones only in a pinch not everyday. Even if you ate a halfa turkey sandwich you would've never bottomed out. Not even with fresh fruits and veggies. Remember those smart ones you don't eat everyday so be mindful of that. Diet drinks are ok ,but not for every consumption. And be mindful when you eat any healthy microwaveable entree whether it's smart ones or another brand remember they all have alot of preservatives. Etc etc. I wouldn't have a frozen meal everyday you have to also eat real food. Also you mentioned you fixed dinner for your family and ate your microwaveable meal in the kitchen instead of with your family. You can eat with your family even though they did not participate. Family around the dinner table is family time.
