Fantastic video Terk! I think you're probably the only one that mentioned power supply efficiency loss. In addition to what you mention about sensor accuracy, one problem I see many creators fall into is using things like TDP,TBP, (or even TGP) as a hard measurement to calculate battery life... unfortunately that's going to result in inaccurate numbers or at the very least, an inadequate representation of average battery life (which to me are better than just maximum or minimum battery life).

Good investigation. The true about tdp is that we could bridge the battery to take measures? This bring a light about this.

Hi there have you used the Decky Loader PowerTools plugin to up the TDP settings?
And how well does it work?

No, I haven't. I try to keep my deck as "stock" as possible for these types of videos

Which case is that on your steam deck? Think it’s worth getting a Jsaux over an official dock?
Also thanks for the video very informative.

I do not use a case on my deck. As for the dock, it works. The only thing I don't like about it is the ethernet comes out the side, not the back

@@TheTerk Yeah but what’s up with the corners of your Steam Deck giving off a green color like that? That’s why I thought it was a case. It’s pretty cool.
And gotcha yeah that makes sense.
