Man what an awesome video. Zach is a cool guy for sure. That fact that he remembers all the specs of his equipment is crazy. Then to top it off hes trying to make his employees and families happy by upgrading the creature comforts in the shop. Thats rare this day and age to find a boss that actually cares. There are 2 videos that have really made me laugh in the last ten or so years, and I watch a lot of TH-cam, Ifarmwefarm's live vid when Farmer P and The Funky Farmer went to visit him in Ireland, and this . This is what TH-cam is about . Friends fucking about in both an entertaining and learning way.

Right up the road from my house. Zach has one heck of a business going. If you put in the time and effort like Zach has , you can do anything.
How cool. My son and his rock band Driving Dawn provided the live music for the Onaway truck racing in northern Michigan. It was wild to watch these Trucks race and all the people from Canada were so nice and friendly. What an operation he’s running and unbelievable knowledgeable about trucks.

Awesome fleet operation that Zach operates for animal feed and manure. Fleets give you the big picture of what is weak and causes repetative failures, and needs to be beefed up . His secretary ain't gonna like that upstairs office in the wintertime , because diesel exhaust fumes rise and will bring tears to your eyes . I worked in an upstairs office in the '70s in a Detroit Diesel engine shop, and the daily headaches take a toll . Good to hear his overview on Mack, compared to Pete and KW . He's a performance truck puller and now into the Canadian style uphill drags. Thanks for the best video, Diffy !

Can you believe Chris asked Zach how much manure he hauled in a year? Zach answered him politely 60 million gallons, where as Chris and Andy H. would have said “all of it “. Zach’s truly a class act as well as being truly gracious person, exemplified by his response in this comment section.
Wow, you can tell zach is incredibly intelligent and business minded. From humble beginnings to a super successful businesses and still out there getting dirty keeping the wheels turning is something truly admiring.
When the owner walks and works with you a employee appreciateds the company more.
I have worked for a company with 6directors. Never met them except for a christmas party. The owner took his hands more off the business but would walk straight into the breakroom to chat or have a coffee and you ciuld always ask him for help or advice
