Last year I ended up in hospital. I was unable to swallow food or liquid. I had an immediate endoscopy and was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis. I remember seeing a video of a New York doctor that was treating throat issues including polyps and nodules with glutathione. I understand that it was a stretch to connect my condition with what was presented in the video. I purchased liposomal glutathione and it had an immediate effect. No recurrence of my swallowing issues. Better digestion and as Dr Anderson mentions better head space.I was already taking liposomal vitamin C and I included a full spectrum vitamin E. Definitely a life changer

Vitamin C can get in the way of glutathione. I learned a healing strategy of vitamin C for 2 days in a row and then stopping the C on the third day to use glutathione. I taught this strategy to a young man facing an imminent leg amputation because of osteomyelitis which the doctors could not gain control of. It worked and it saved his leg! Praise God! It was three shot glasses of liposomal vitamin C spread out, followed by three shot glasses of liposomal glutathione on the third day.

I've had autoimmune problems for many years. My gut was very leaky/inflamed - it's better now and I have signs of oxalate dumping. I tried augmented NAC to help my chronic fatigue and it helped but also accelerated the oxalate movement. I'm taking breaks from the supplement if I feel too much irritation. This cleansing is needed and will take time.

I have become fundamentally "addicted" to using SPM for its anti-inflammatory properties. Within 2 hours of taking it, I realized that it works. @stefanweilhartner4415 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

taking glutathione does not work. take NAC + glycine + glutamine. these are the three amino acids that the liver needs to build glutathione and are available as supplements.
make your own mixture and add a bit of vitamin c. then you have your own glutathione building supplement, very cheap and effective. btw. many people ignore glutamine. but the cortisol lowering and HGH boosting effect can't be ignored.
i would make a mixture of 1:2:3 parts of NAC:glycine:glutamine.
but of course you could go on a very very healthy diet as well. which diet comes with the most easy digestible amino acids? ==> something in the area of carnivore.
there is nothing wrong with home made burger patties mixed with a few other things (soy sauce or a bit of maggi, a mixture of home grown herbs like chives, mint, parsley, sage, sweetheart and one eggs per 250g of meat) and fry it in lard and/or clarified butter.

Please watch the NAC 'dangerous?' video for more information; Dr. A discusses both the potential risk of taking it continuously while undergoing cancer treatment and how integrative physicians address that risk with alternative dosing strategies. As always, please consult your integrative physician for more in depth questions especially when undergoing active treatment. We will try to get Dr. A to weigh in with another video soon. - Team Dr. A

give the body the building blocks and you will.
when i watch my parents, i see a mom who tries to focus on health by eating vegetables and a diabetic dad who is addicted to carbs. both have a very low intake of protein and do not prioritize on protein from meat and eggs.
no wonder they are wasting away now in their 80s. it is a good age but being stubborn and not understanding the value of REAL food is crazy.

I take NAC supplements. It helps your body produce more glutathione.
