Can you tell me your dose and experience with side effects? I order some but I haven’t wanted to take it because I’ve heard some people say that it made them feel awful
@@gravity579 I've been taking 25cc/ml units of NAD by injection every other day. The dose can go as high as 50 cc/ml units, but since NAD is expensive and I'm having positive results from taking a smaller dose, I'm sticking with this for now. Plus, I am petite, small framed, and I don't typically tolerate the full dose of any medication.
Niacin increases NAD more than NMN or NR, and its cheap. Supplement companies cant make money off of it, so they don’t sponsor the TH-cam influencers to pimp in out. Take TMG alongside so it helps with methylation, which you need to do with NMN or NR also.
@@seekfactsnotfiction9056 niacin does not increase NAD more than NMN or NR. Those are the two best things to increase NAD besides getting actual IV injection of NAD.
NAD + shot better than IV NAD In my experience; did IV NAD 6 months, NAD + at home is the brand I use, I taught myself how to give myself the shot, refrigerate, however let shot sit out ten minutes for room temp of product for no sting. To each his own, but I personally wasted six months on IV NAD. I feel so much better. #God send alertness. ❤brain awakening slowly again.
Can you do a video about why many say you should take TMG, apigenin, quercetin, and r alpha lipoic acid when taking NR or NMN... and if it's necessary?
Here’s the problem: NMN supplementation isn’t cheap and isn’t regulated so when you make a purchase you don’t know if it’s real or not! To figure it out, it takes a ton of research!
@@CC-kl4nh I stick with the same reputable company but it's admittedly more expensive. So I just take advantage of the major sales (like Black Friday/Cyber Monday).
Quaternary ammonium compounds exposure immediately crashes my mitochondria! This started for me in 2018. About half of approved disinfectants for covid had quaternary ammonium compounds. Maybe long covid patients should avoid quats.
@@chrisscalzilli7749 Well, I don't take medications that are based from petrochemicals due to petrol sensitivity that causes airway inflammation. My negative experience with quats is usually inhalation exposures, even around people who use hair conditioner with a quat (especially if their hair is wet).
If I showed some improvements with NAD would methylene blue work, better trying to recover from carbon monoxide poisoning from my patrol car and long-haul Covid

So I do have mast cell activation disorder with chronic fatigue, chronic pain etc. Also had breast cancer but am cured according to oncologist. What is your opinion about taking nad? I’m on k2d3, would you recommend nmn or nicotinamide riboside? Is taking ONE of these above all I would need or do I need to take something else with it?
I have been injecting NAD subcutaneously for about two weeks now twice a day because I was told it would help me with my chronic fatigue. However, it has made it worse, not better. I’m so fatigued that it’s hard to get up. What am I doing wrong?
I feel this sometimes, though I just started. Also, i have kidney disease which is a risk I'm taking for feeling a lot better. Evidently excess B3 can increase chance of heart attack or stroke, so maybe that has something to do with it. How often were you taking it? I take NR about 2 times a week now.
