And if you manage to damage both of your thumbs, just log into our store and order the NF.Thumb . They come in sets of two, just click add to cart and we almost always ship out same day.
@MrMousekillaz Have you tried these headphones?. Just becausethe color is yellow and made out of plastic doesn't mean they are cheap or don't deliver the sound Quality. PVC, polyurethane and silicone are preferred materials for headphones for durability, weight and comfort.
I'm shocked (not really) that The Rock attached his name to such a ridiculously low-quality Chinese off-brand using Micro USB instead of USB-C, lmfao. So hilariously on point for him.
Seems a lot of folks out here, are too lazy to even click a link for themselves. Way Too Many cannot use a search engine. What can we say about that? BTW, when your face is even partially exposed, the camera wants to focus on your face. Cover your face better, and the camera will fall back to focus on what's in front of it. You almost got it a couple of times, there! Another great fix, Northridge! 🤣🤣🤣
How is USBC better? Same connector more pins. You have more USBC connector selection with different shapes then micro USB. it's impossible to find a USBC connector if one is not made available for the device and it's hard to improvise or fit another USBC connector like we did in this video with Micro USB. USBC is also more difficult to solder compared to Micro USB.
The low melt/temperature solder will burn when touched 😮, it doesn't cool off as fast as regular solder, however, it does work great. 😊 Thanks for the video Alex.
Why? ... Patents. Once one company patents their connector, no other company can legally make connectors that way; thus, they change theirs enough to avoid patent infringement and patent that to protect their investment. Every company that wants to offer USB connectors must assemble their own unique line to offer. This skirts the patent laws, but it also ensures that competition will reduce prices. Personally, I think it would be better if IEEE would incorporate a specific connector design and PCB footprint into their specifications and apply for the patents themselves for reasonable licensing fees.

Lol 😛
😂 yup
I love that Alex said, " Do you smell what The Rock is cooking? "
might have a youtube copyright strike because the Rock now has the Rights to his trademark phrases 🤨
280$ for that peace of plastic headphones? 😱
28whatt??? I thought he was fixing his children headphones... Looks like something an elementary school child would buy.
$20 for the headphones, $260 for the Rock
that's some good marketing for selling cheap junk
Exactly, I can already smell the cheap plastic from the microscope lense

I truly enjoy all of your videos. thanks for sharing.
I agree with you Alex, why 100 different charging ports? It should be a few ports of different sizes.
When Alex says, "very nice" I always feel as if I did a good job also. Thanks Alex.
“Why have all manufacturers their own charging port”
Thats why in EU since 2024, USB-C is forced through regulations
Literally thought they were 20 dollar headphones
These are the equivalent of $20 headphones but you're paying $260 for "Under Armor" and "The Rock" on it.
Parts picture catalog is awesome!
Those are some ugly, over-priced headphones.
So can the connector be replaced with a type C port
Nice thing about this work is you can find consumer electronics, fix & flip them; dont necessarily need to do service.
So question. if a head phones with micro USB go's bad. is possible to upgrade it to a USB-C? or does have to be the USB micro?
AFAIK, the pinout of micro USB and USB-C is different. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Greetings! What kind of braid do you use?

Yes, there is facial recognition in most cameras these days.
why do companies still use micro usb instead of type c

USBC is better because you can not plug it the wrong way. That makes mechanical failures like this one in the video much less likely to happen.
Does NF ship orders overseas?
Awesome low melt saves the day
You know a business owner is doing well, when they openly complain about having to hold their viewers' hands.
Thanks again for the video. I'll remember it when I burn one of my thumbs. That's why I have two. 🤣

Don't forget the square foam
why not to install type C connector
Need some NF helping hands
You rock bro
beautiful
Nice
Helping hands might have been useful to hold board in mid air?
great.
100% junk headphones.
They’re $200 headphones 🤷♂️
I guess the 🎸wasn't cooking or OVER cooked way too MUCH but our boy Alex can probably 🎧🛠 it.
Better than factory
the owner must really like that said headphone 😅
instead buying new one, he get it fix at professional repair shop
Seems very annoyed in this video
That's some crappy headphones.
Cuz it’s oem come on maaaaaaaaaan
no 61 was an exact match for the connector.
Came in for what the rock is cooking to smell 😂😂😂
I think I see this before
