But store-bought salt is deficient in minerals, and that's the problem. I use Redmond Real Salt. It might seem a bit pricy at first, but I only have to order it once every three months. Worth it. The best thing we can do is ditch ALL our sugar, the real killer.

So many of these electrolytes videos are popping up on socials…Unless you are a semi/ professional athlete training several hours a day you don’t need added electrolytes. Eating a normal balanced diet, salting food to taste and keeping hydrated is more than enough for 90% people training needs.
Lemons? Citric..in teeny tiny doses but my face pricles when ive to down anything too acidic...not sure what other option i can use that doesnt feel like my face has been pierced by a few hundred acupuncure needles!!
Bruh a cheaper alternative is like Just boil ginger and water till the ginger is kinda infused in it add vinegar and honey(or any other I prefer jaggery but your choice) and lemon it tastes way better and it's cheaper

yes but adding lemon into your water daily will hurt your throat and can possibly cause ulcers due to its acidic nature i made this mistake and my throat felt like i had strep throat for 2 days
