I bought your electrolytes several months ago and I’m not gonna lie; I took one scoop and never opened that cabinet again. Recently, I started taking them after I did a cleanse and whoooah! After about 3 days I felt much better. After two weeks my legs stopped swelling and I lots inches in my pants. I think all this time I had severe fluid retention issues due to deficiencies and thought I was overweight. Now it’s been two months and I feel unbelievably well, balanced, more happy, and eager to complete daily tasks. Ok that’s it lol. Sorry I wrote so much! God bless you all :)

As a long time cyclist I've tried so many electrolyte mixes and the Dr. Berg electrolyte mix completely resolved my severe nighttime leg cramps. I suggest you test order a sample pack to see what flavors you like. Some are awesome and some don't work for my tastebuds at all. The great thing is Dr. Berg's powders are not overly salt laden. I highly recommend this product.

I have ordered two containers of the raspberry lemon Dr. Berg‘s electrolyte powder since I started keto in late June. I absolutely love this powder. It’s versatile for me… When it was hot I would add ice and the juice of a whole lemon and even a bit of boron powder. I have always been potassium deficient and I can tell you when I first started drinking this… I couldn’t get enough of it. I limited myself but I really wanted two or three servings a day. That leveled off but it told me how deficient in these minerals I must be. Today I had to be at work really early… Up at 4 AM… Didn’t have time to make my coffee so I just put half a scoop of electrolyte powder in a 16 ounce bottle of water and went out the door. It was very refreshing even at that hour. I do want to try some of the other flavors however I wish they came in the larger size as the raspberry lemonade! Last thing I’ll say… I’ve read some reviews where people say it’s too sweet… Well just add more water or ice to stretch out the taste duh. I think it’s perfect when you add a whole squeezed lemon…Thank you Dr. Berg.. I really love this drink😋

Well done . The discussion on hydration and electrolytes is helpful . I do eat large quantities of veggies . I call it the vegetable matter diet . My way of getting me to eat them is to grind them up in a food processor . The mixing and the smaller particles makes it tasty and easier to digest . I also mix in pinto beans , canned mackerel and half the time I will have a egg on top . I sprinkle yeast flakes on top for flavor . I am addicted to it and my body craves it . I have been incorporating more Himalayan salt . As with many I thought salt was bad for blood pressure . My athletic go to is hydrate before , lick my finger and dip in powdered Himalayan salt and dip in chili powder . The blood vessels in the mouth absorb some of the minerals so to bypass the digestive system and immediate use of them . Never cramp and don't have that extreme thirst . So I have avoided supplements and have naturally acquired what my body needs . I also go through periods of stir frying those veggies to aid in times of helping with digestion . Right now I have a athletic injury so I am in cooking mode . So natural is possible and delicious.

For people looking for alternatives that are unable to access Dr Bergs product affordably, Gatorade has stepped up their game and launched a newer product called "G Fit" and it is a much better formula than their original crap. It's still not as good as Dr Berg's but for convenience it is out there in some grocery stores and random places. (in Canada)

I guess this is a review of Dr. Berg's electrolyte powder - It was about month or so ago...really hot and humid here...I would play inline hockey for a few/five hours outdoors with a big bottle of water and one of the better electrolyte sports drinks to keep me hydrated. I had been doing this for years, but never had cramping as bad as those several times before placing my order. My feet would almost curl up when was done and got my shoes on from the cramping When getting home I noticed the muscles in my legs would twitch for an hour or so afterwards. The last time it was so bad I thought I couldn't make the drive home - operating the clutch pedal was almost impossible. I had to pull off the road and try to stretch and walk it off - it was horrible. Fast forward to now - The last several times I have gone to play I've taken a 28 oz. mix of Dr. Berg's electrolyte powder and a liter of water with me. There are no more muscle cramps and twitches. It may also be because I have also been taking his magnesium supplements, but the electrolyte mix of his has a good amount - way more than the packaged sports drinks. Take a look at what amount of electrolytes they have in them - pretty weak. I totally recommend his electrolyte powder. And, if you find the taste too strong mix it with more water - you need more water anyways.

There are 2 "recipes" of that product, one for the United States ,with nasty ingredients, one recipe for outside of the United States, without the nasty ingredients. Thank you, Dr. Berg for all the helpful info and videos! Two questions: why do you even add stevia to your powder. It is my understanding that the brain senses sweetness and releases insulin to Stevia, etc. Most people on keyto have a high level of self-control/low interest in sugar (after doing the work to kick the habit). Why not offer versions w no sweeteners. 2nd) I have hi glucose even though on keto. You rec'd A!C, i think to verify if its a problem. I am hearing fasting insulin is the assay to monitor over the years. Dr. Robert Lustwig and Dr. Casey Means both saying it is the #1 test you should have (lustwig); or top 3 (Means). ..And the ameri diabetes assoc does not rec it. Brilliant...and typical of our chrony HC system and govt,

@stephaniekolsut5478 I'm so glad to hear that. That's the one I decided on, based on their ingredients and the price, compared to others.

Thank you for this video. Many of these symptoms I have had before and after starting keto. I have actually been looking for electrolyte powder without sugar(s) or artificial sweeters in it and hadn't been able to find any until now. I ordered some to try.

His has stevia in it, so it is very sweet to me. If he only made some without the sweeteners I would buy it. I have some already with the stevia in it.

Hi Dr Berg, I wish you had an electrolyte powder without flavor or stevia. I don't like sweet flavored drinks but that's all there is on the market.

I'm so thankful for all you do for humanity 🙏. I'm ordering the electrolyte capsules right away and I think you should promote these because I am probably not the only person that doesn't like sweet drinks and I had no idea about your capsules, I was looking for powder.

My husband and I swear by Dr bergs electrolyte powder. I am a health freak and watch Dr bergs content and my husband is much more skeptical about things-well now he uses his electrolyte powder every morning for the past year I’d say.
