CANT WAIT FOR THE 100 miler!!!!!!
You got this 100 Miler! Glad to see your speedlands are still holding up.
That's the one thing about ultra running that's scary. Running for multiple hours is fine until you can only see 3 feet in front of you.
The hallucinations people talk about scare me so much. Just being out there by myself for hours and seeing stuff in the woods. 😱
I want to do one someday though
Entertaining video for just a hilll climb in the dark!
“at least we’re not drunk “
Famous last words 😂
Mission accomplished 🤘🏻
cant wait to see you smash your 100 miler!!!
I love this
At least you know what's in a hash brown unlike them spring energy gels...🤨
Four hours! Wow ❤ I Salute you
Dude right sometmes you get a good one and the cap is just full of cream.. raw milk baby. Crush it at Bighorn brotha!
nice
I really appreciate that kind of activities in the late evening instead of getting drunk 🙏😍
In my opinion the people that are getting drunk on a weekly bases and celebrating without any reason are crazy in my eyes. So for me you‘re more normal than them because you’re getting better right now and that‘s great 🔥💪 Keep on hammering dude 👍
Hey Jeremy good run! I had a question about creatine for distance runners , I use to do powerlifting in the past 5x5 bench squats before I did running. My question do u think creatine monohydrate is good for endurance runners or worth it? I would be worried of water weight retention. Does it help your long runs and speed runs in training and recovery? Do you think it might be worth taking 3-5 grams creatine day if I run 4-5 times week and strength train? I haven’t used creatine since my powerlifting days years ago
Question if anyone can answer- I just started running 22 days ago could do 1 mile at a 10 min pace. - I am now running 3 miles at 9:45 pace for the 5k. Pushing myself harder each time. I am loving the mental aspect of running and wanting to quit. I guess my question is what can I do different to pick up time and train. I am doing zone 2-3 for my heart rate. Trying to do better.
Podium inbound
A lot of things would have to go wrong for a lot of people for this to happen🤣
lol I’m starting a movement in the comment sections of all the vids tho!
Just messing around but love the channel man!
Does raw milk have something in it that’s better than 1% milk
Probiotics, whole milk (more fat/calories), way easier to digest
my idea of fun
