It is absolutely true bhai... before i used t0 hate myself and criticise self for every decision. Now I am starting to love myself and feeling good about myself. i have been taking care of my body and as a result, now I am in good shape.
One of the main reasons imo is that a lot of Indian guys grow without any female interaction, or barely any female interaction at all. A lot of our schools aren't co ed, a boy talking with a girl or vice versa is seen as something not good and in the end the parental pressure for studies and everything just kills the scope of female interaction fully. So hence even when we meet a girl who's even a little bit attractive, we fail to keep her at just a conversational length or a co-worker angle and can't help but feel attracted and get nervous, which even further hinders female interaction. Unlike America or European countries where female interaction is really very common.
Yeah this exactly what I had in my mind due to less female interaction most of guys don't know how to interact or be comfortable with a female. Back when I was in college I was totally hooked to porn and I had social anxiety with that I rarely had any female interaction and this what most guys face. And problem with girls is that they never seem to intiate the conversation at first and they rely on guys to make the first move and some guys do approach and some don't. This is what I was trying to explain to my parents a few months back. That if they focused on my overall development, then I would have achieved far greater success. I was very much interested in combat sports but I was never allowed to get into it. I also used to workout at home but was never consistent because studies used to come first. Well, it's still not too late. I am 24 and with a timeline of 3 is more than enough to build a good physique.

Since you're a little girl you're told by everyone around you not to talk to strange men, not to meet them not to even look at them. Sir, hats off to you, like in my case I was a topper and simultaneously I was an athlete and also I have played and participated in many games and competitions like badminton, football, swimming and also I was a dancer, singer etc but again after class 10th, JEE preparation led me to a drastic body transformation with lots of fat about which I never expected in my dreams though, I was like 17 kgs overweight but now recently after shifting to Online classes due to recent pandemic I have started workout for 30 mins with 8 to 9 kms walking or jogging and yes I have lost 7 kgs within 3 months and I will be appear in JEE 2022 🙂🙂🙂, and yes you always have support me with these types of video, thanks a lot sir…

Swetabh, you are absolutely right about the fact that men should start amplifying their attractiveness by hitting the gym regularly which would help increase their overall value on the sexual marketplace but the Indian society, especially the middle class - which is the biggest chunk, simply doesn't support this whole transformational self-care process for us, because of the lack of facilities and leverages, it becomes a drag race for most men who aren't financially potent, from a big city, socially significant and don't have any masculine figure around to show how it's done. The genetically gifted guys here take the best pieces of the pie creating instability and scarcity for other men. Social Media is also a big contributor to this social instability simply because it creates more options for gifted men creating scarcity for others. So kickstarting this whole process is pretty difficult when you are broke, living in a relatively small city with overall less leverage. Any suggestion on how to kickstart this and navigate better through this mess?

Never seen someone talk this much truth. I am one of those people who never make friends with girls. Not because I hate girls or anything. I just don't know the social cues and differences between a girls behavior when dating, flirting or just being friends. Only recently, I am beginning to understand that and I am 24. Nowadays it feels like somehow I am mentally fked. Now, I have a couple of female friends and when I talk to them about anything other than work, I have to keep telling my brain that her behavior is completely normal and she is totally not into me or anything, its not a sign, she talks like that because she is a close friend. This is a cycle, and it means I won't talk to girls about anything other than work even if they want, I will keep telling myself that its a normal friendly talk and not a sign to fall in love or get romantically interested. Which also means if a girl is actually romantically interested in me, I'll never be able to tell. I can't get out of this loop, and I can't even think of dating unless I recalibrate my brain (and recover from my last breakup) On a different note Swetabh was spot on about the parents thing. I have never gone to any place for holidays, never. I don't have any clue. My life has always been and still is, my home, my uncles home, my grandpa's house and school, college, office, etc. None of my parents are healthy. And the prevalent culture is just work and get settled, everything else is time waste.

It is absolutely true bhai... before i used t0 hate myself and criticise self for every decision. Now I am starting to love myself and feeling good about myself. i have been taking care of my body and as a result, now I am in good shape.
One of the main reasons imo is that a lot of Indian guys grow without any female interaction, or barely any female interaction at all. A lot of our schools aren't co ed, a boy talking with a girl or vice versa is seen as something not good and in the end the parental pressure for studies and everything just kills the scope of female interaction fully. So hence even when we meet a girl who's even a little bit attractive, we fail to keep her at just a conversational length or a co-worker angle and can't help but feel attracted and get nervous, which even further hinders female interaction.

Yeah this exactly what I had in my mind due to less female interaction most of guys don't know how to interact or be comfortable with a female. Back when I was in college I was totally hooked to porn and I had social anxiety with that I rarely had any female interaction and this what most guys face. Reason is because I see females are getting hooked up much more as compared to guys. The genetically gifted guys here take the best pieces of the pie creating instability and scarcity for other men. I am one of those people who never make friends with girls. Not because I hate girls or anything. I just don't know the social cues and differences between a girls behavior when dating, flirting or just being friends. Only recently, I am beginning to understand that and I am 24. Nowadays it feels like somehow I am mentally fked. Now, I have a couple of female friends and when I talk to them about anything other than work, I have to keep telling my brain that her behavior is completely normal and she is totally not into me or anything, its not a sign, she talks like that because she is a close friend. And now even that friendship is suffering because I avoid talking to her, because I hate my own brain.
This is a cycle, and it means I won't talk to girls about anything other than work even if they want, I will keep telling myself that its a normal friendly talk and not a sign to fall in love or get romantically interested. Which also means if a girl is actually romantically interested in me, I'll never be able to tell. I can't get out of this loop, and I can't even think of dating unless I recalibrate my brain (and recover from my last breakup)
