Am shocked, but on contrary I still agree with the court verdict. ''Why ?'' you might ask. Now suppose if I have crush on the girl, but she is in sexual relationship with other and then that she got cheated just like in this case. People like me will never marry that girl. When I was in 8th class a girl abused me every day going home from school for a laugh. One day when I said something back, she complained to the teacher and I lied about me abusing her instead. Instead of asking her to prove it, they just believed it because the teacher said that women are already treated badly in India and I deserve to get punished for it. Huh??? If this seems scary I can describe three more scary things going on in our society. 1. There are people (men) out there (who is well respected in society) takes pride if they could help a woman to take divorce and to receive huge alimony from husband. Dowry act can send whole family of man into jail for 3 to 6 months. This is scariest as normally very young men are victim of the law normally. This law is good for child, but at the same time it is very rigid, very easy to prove charges. Married men knows dowry laws so they can be secure himself and do not ask anything from his wife, not even in joke. But, young men do not have any law knowledge, so they got trapped very easily. If a girl is of 17 years and boy is of 18 years, and if they had consensual sex. Boy is eligible for 20 years of prison. If they had sex or not. and if minor girl just tell to the court that yes they had sex, police couldn't found any proof against boy even then boy could get 7 years of imprisonment just because minor girl is telling so. This is happening lot around us, but we are ignorant. If you guys check your local news paper daily you will find out this type of count judgement every another day. Bollywood and instagram portrays sex as casual thing until girl's parents know about their daughter and they can send the boy to jail for 20 years even if girl is evenly responsible for the situation (as she is 17 means she dont know anything, but boy is mature as he is 18). This is scariest thing I can think of. There is no awareness in boys about it.

This is not a big incident but this happened when I was in class 5th: I once got into a verbal fight with a girl in class because she was trying to insult me. (She was an 'amir baap ki bigdi hui aulad' kind of girl.) At one point she slapped me in the face, so I slapped her too. All the classmates knew that the girl was at fault. The teacher sent me to the incharge, I got slapped by the incharge, she shouted on me, then I had to say sorry to her and we were sent back to the class. I didn't get any apologies from the girl. Next day, the class teacher told me to say sorry three times to the girl again and that too in front of the entire class. I was done with the insults and didn't apologise. So she kept scolding and insulting me for 10 minutes because 'boys should not hit girls'. No teacher cared about the fact that it was the girls fault and she physically hit me first! Girl hits a boy = Boy's fault. Boy hits a girl = Boy's fault. So ya, our society is fucked. (Atleast in these kind of issues)

hey bro , it was when i was in my 1st std. 2 girls came to me with our art teacher and told him that i abused them with a bad word which i dont even knew at that time , and without asking me he just slapped me ! i cried but those 2 girls started yelling at me saying "shut up you deserve it" ! just imagine it was 2010 , how can a 6 year old boy even know these kind of things ( i come from a decent family i came to know about bad words when i got some really bad friends in 6th std. ) but those girls literally said the word infront of the teacher to blame it to me ! i feel so angry and ashamed at the same time when i think of that incident 💔 (sorry for my english)

Now suppose if I have crush on the girl, but she is in sexual relationship with other and then that she got cheated just like in this case. People like me will never marry that girl. When I was in 8th class a girl abused me every day going home from school for a laugh. One day when I said something back, she complained to the teacher and I lied about me abusing her instead. I m a lawyer by profession and in my career of about 8 years I can definitely say 97-98% cases of rape are completely bogus, false and a joke and the accused is languished in Jail for months and zero evidence comes on record. Bail takes time and it isn't even gurantee. Session courts almost always deny bail and then person has to apply at High court which takes months and sometimes more than even year. After that a personncomes out and case still goes on.

If this seems scary I can describe three more scary things going on in our society.
1. There are people (men) out there (who is well respected in society) takes pride if they could help a woman to take divorce and to receive huge alimony from husband. They already thought that husband is wrong and wife is right in all situations. (They are well respected and takes pride helping the "victim" women)
2. Dowry act can send whole family of man into jail for 3 to 6 months.
The first problem described by shwetabh and second point from me are bailable and normally it is very hard to prove the charges against accused (as most of the time it is false)
So, man or his family end up being jail for around year, come out with PTSD. There will be no respect now onwords for them in society. They will have very hard time for 3 -5 years to settle down and to be on track of normal life.

3. This is scariest as normally very young men are victim of the law normally. This law is good for child, but at the same time it is very rigid, very easy to prove charges. Married men knows dowry laws so they can be secure himself and do not ask anything from his wife, not even in joke. But, young men do not have any law knowledge, so they got trapped very easily.
If a girl is of 17 years and boy is of 18 years, and if they had consensual sex. Boy is eligible for 20 years of prison. If they had sex or not. and if minor girl just tell to the court that yes they had sex, police couldn't found any proof against boy even then boy could get 7 years of imprisonment just because minor girl is telling so. This is happening lot around us, but we are ignorant. If you guys check your local news paper daily you will find out this type of count judgement every another day.
Bollywood and instagram portrays sex as casual thing until girl's parents know about their daughter and they can send the boy to jail for 20 years even if girl is evenly responsible for the situation (as she is 17 means she dont know anything, but boy is mature as he is 18). This is scariest thing I can think of. There is no awareness in boys about it.

Paternity frauds are legal in this country and nothing could save you from it, DNA tests hold no value in courts while deciding who's the father and you can be liable for child support of a kid who's not yours EVEN AFTER BRINGING A NEGATIVE TEST AS PROOF
Under section 114 Courts imply birth during marriage as "conclusive" proof of paternity, implying nothing can be done to challenge this and no proof is admissible
Now combine this with delusional child support laws (particularly involved with daughters) where a man is liable to maintain her daughter till the time she's married (which might never happen) while including marriage expenses!
You can be average ramesh who just found out that your wife cheated and the daughter you were raising for 5 years isn't yours, you get a DNA test to confirm and move a petition in court for Divorce on the grounds of infidelity
After this discovery you're threatened by your wife to stay married or get jailed for years along with your family under a false case!
Now you finally manage to get bail and approach courts for a divorce which they might take a decade to pass (while making you pay "interim maintenance" and child support)
While hearings you reveal that you took a DNA test which came out as negative therefore you no longer want to be a part of that child's life, The judge says we don't care about any test and their result you need to pay and she's your daughter
You spend all your life savings for a kid who's not even yours and then Judge then orders you to deposit a separate 20 lakh fund as a marriage fund for "your" daughter (which she might never use considering you can't make her get married)
Just a day or two before we saw headlines in newspaper of a court hearing where a man was forced to pay maintenance to his 3 ADULT daughters WHO'RE FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT
For the third one, it's already illegal to have sex with minors.
So, that law makes sense.
Never get involved with someone who's minor even if you're 18 and she's 17.
That's stupid.

@@20SG20 this society and government is biased, so i don't think there will be any changes for sake of men. we have to raise our voice otherwise no one will notice and this will go very far and it will be too late. i think influencers should raise this issue and senior advocates who have so much experience of laws they should file a petition in supreme court for review of these laws and try to gain justice for men and they should request to the supreme court to pass a judgement and ask to government that they should make equal laws or at least they should ammend the laws and mantion that if a woman or girl is filing false case then she has to go to the jail or court can impose penalty for wasting time and defame any person. 👍

This is not a big incident but this happened when I was in class 5th:
I once got into a verbal fight with a girl in class because she was trying to insult me. (She was an 'amir baap ki bigdi hui aulad' kind of girl.)
At one point she slapped me in the face, so I slapped her too.
All the classmates knew that the girl was at fault.
The teacher sent me to the incharge, I got slapped by the incharge, she shouted on me, then I had to say sorry to her and we were sent back to the class.
I didn't get any apologies from the girl.
Next day, the class teacher told me to say sorry three times to the girl again and that too in front of the entire class.
I was done with the insults and didn't apologise. So she kept scolding and insulting me for 10 minutes because 'boys should not hit girls'.
No teacher cared about the fact that it was the girls fault and she physically hit me first!
Girl hits a boy = Boy's fault.
Boy hits a girl = Boy's fault.

False accusations ruin the lives of so many men, and it is horrifying to see that those women do this without any hesitation or guilt. This egoistic image that men have formed for each other is coming back to bite us.
Plus there are no strict laws for false accusations. Someone can just accuse you of SA, and your life is over. The justice system favours the women. It is best to be cautious of who you're interacting with, and being smart when making major decisions.
