Correct, you don't need to replace the sensor. If you replace the pads before the warning light comes on, the sensor is still intact. If the brake light comes on, the sensor is failed.
You don’t have to replace the brake sensor, correct? I mean you replaced it because you had an error but if you don’t have that error, then I imagine the one that’s in there is fine, correct?
