Placeholder price on HiFiGo was 100-something $. Now seeing the actual price, it's steep for most people for a pair of earbuds. IEM's seems to be at a point where 90% would be best sticking in the ~200$ range and anything past that is for the "hardcores" seeking that extra few %.
Nice review. If it had the stock tuning of the 25ohm adapter I’d be in. I love the cyberpunk aesthetic. But I have my sights on the new Kiwi Ears X HBB Punch being released soon. I’ll be one of the first to purchase. Hope you can cover it as it looks like our dream set, a more refined Scarlet Mini with 1DD 2 BA 2 EST under $500
I find the upper treble a little spicy on the SA6 MKII... but I found it tamed very well by using the Tangzu Sancai narrow bore tips. may be worth a try.
Btw... A recommendation specifically for you my friend. Check out the OKCSC adjustable resistance cable... Basically an adjustable impedance adapter available in multiple connector options.
Does it cause your brain to dance or does it make your brain feel like it's being danced on? 🕺🤔😁 Sounds like something I'd probably like with the adapter. Not so much without, though. Thank you for another great review! 👍
With 25ohm impedance adapter it is in my top 3, without the adapter it’s in my top 5. Very good IEM overall.
@@HobbyTalk this review made me break out my impedance adapters (25/50/75 ohms) and the Rinko with the 25ohm adapter sounds great. You would like it
@@moonsofjupiter tamed the treble a bit
Love the design of the DK3001BD, kinda sci-fi.

My certified basshead reviewer! Thank you for this one.
@@wana.me003 haha yeah, the lack of bass was my only real complaint with this IEM
I saw the JP version of these iems, have two pin connectors

I’d love to try it but I’m pretty sure it won’t be sent to me.
@ contact kiwi ears and tell them it’s right up your alley. Maybe they have a set that goes around to different reviewers

I also really like that you compare the impedance adapter responses in your reviews

@@Weareonenation303 I didn’t like variations a lot so ya

@@_-Z- yeah, with the 25 ohm adapter it’s amazing. I told DUNU they should make high impedance Q-lock terminations.
