    Thank you for the information David, I recently found your youtube channel and i find your videos really helpful to understand my symptoms
    I suffer from ADD symptoms too, for long time I thought i was lazy , and bought every self help book i could find , watched motivational video but they didn’t help I couldn’t stick to any habit for long , couldn’t study without being forced by circumstance or deadlines depressed most of my college years ,social anxiety, low confidence, last year i researched and found out about ADHD and how I was suffering from similar problems thats how i found out about nootropics, at first i used coffee to help me in my daily routine but as you know it wasn’t enough, in my final semester exams I was overwhelmed and couldn’t handle the pressure, i took the help of Modafinil(which was not prescribed )it was very helpful ,but i wanted to try nootropics which are milder than this so i was researching and found your channel which has lots of information ,i look forward on trying out nootropics mentioned in your website and hopefully find the right stack which will help me with my problems
    Thank you for the work you do .

    • @NootropicsExpert
      @NootropicsExpert  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      It depends on the cause of your anxiety. If it is a problem with GABA in your system then Ashwagandha would likely work better for you. because it helps reactivate GABA receptors and helps GABA work more efficiently in your system.

    My mom is 90 andBritish. She began getting vaccines at age 80, flu shot. According to Dr. Rima Laibow, this vaccine increases probability of Alzheimer’s, if received yearly. My mom still works daily from 9 to 5, and has incurred short term memory loss. She’s also gotten the Covid shot. Do yo still do consultations? If so, I’d like to schedule one with you.

    • @NootropicsExpert
      @NootropicsExpert  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Side effects for Bacopa Monnieri are rare when taken as directed. But can include fatigue and upset stomach. This supplement affects Heat Shock Protein, serotonin, acetylcholine, and more. So not sure why you respond this way except now you know you should not be using Bacopa Monnieri.

    • @NootropicsExpert

      It could be acetylcholine, dopamine, norepinephrine, GABA or serotonin dysfunction.
      Or it could be not enough BDNF, nutrient deficiency, lack of sleep, inflammation, or low hormones.

    As effective as a benzo??? How can this be? When I took a benzo I was really chill but when I tried a huge amount of bacopa I did not feel a thing... 🤔

    • @NootropicsExpert
      @NootropicsExpert  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      That is what the peer-reviewed clinical studies say a well as some reports from users. But it will not work for everyone just like any other supplement does not work for everyone.

    It would be nice if in the beginning of each video you gave your own personal insights into the supplement.
    From an experts point of view make it sound enticing and worth learning more, before you start just reading content.
    Show something not easily found on a google search.
    Also provide affiliate links to said products right at the top of your description!
    Come on man, get with the program! 😎

    • @NootropicsExpert
      @NootropicsExpert  ปีที่แล้ว +23

      First, I need to use a teleprompter to make these videos. I haven't met a person yet who can memorize 15 pages of text to do a video
      Second, I am here to educate people about these supplements. Not to sell it. You can go to plenty of other channels to listen and watch someone dancing around with a bottle in their hand telling you it was sent directly from heaven. And if you buy it right now you'll instantly become a billionaire.
      Third, it does not matter how a supplement makes me feel. That is completely irrelevant. It is how it may make you feel if you tried it based on what clinical studies say and what thousands of other people around the world say how they feel when they use that supplement.
      So, come on man. Get with the program. And think through your criticism before you dump on someone else who works 24/7 to help make the world a better place.
