Bacopa sounds like it offers many of the same benefits as ashwaghanda, which I take a few times a week. It would have been good to see them compared. But if bacopa is safe and free of toxins, then I'm game to try it!

Only thing that keeps me away from ashwagandha is that it can be hard on the liver with some people, Bacopa Synapsa is superior IMO if you have adhd with OCD or suffer from negative self talk. It takes you out of your head and makes you more present that any natural supplement I've tried.

If you suffer from brain immflamation or brain fog this can really help but experiment with small doses as regular sizes can make me anxious.
