      🙂 Absolutely it works. Having gone through the fog of menopause, it (along with Lions Mane) have worked magnificently to help with recall. I take it as a liquid extract combination 20 minutes before food twice a day, and in the morning I use the dried leaves to make herbal tea. I also have a plant at home and (if it survives my lack of green fingers) I was thinking about using the leaves in a salad. Personally the benefits I have felt from it, are : clearer thinking, banishes brain fog, better recall, helps with moods and more energy in myself, plus I seem less stressed at work.

    I haven't used it for about 4 months but prior to that, I was on it for two years. I would start remembering odd things from 35 years ago, e.g just being in a car on the freeway as a kid and other odd fragments from my memory that I thought were long forgotten.

    Hello YourInception,
    Thanks for your review. In my opinion, it would have been more helpful if you were specific: Which studies exactly do you refer to, and how does the study prove its positive effects?
    How exactly does it improve your personal performance? Is it a feeling? Do you have your personal ways of measuring it?

    • @yourinception
      @yourinception  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I agree, but I go through so many reports, findings, studies and personal experiences, that I simply can not put everything in the video. I do have a customized method of testing nootropics, which me and a few more experts designed it, to evaluate the effectivness. You can also test with playing memory and other personal performance related games before and after, and then compare.

    Thanks for this, now I understand Bacopa is what happened to my serotonin. I bought a gingko biloba product on a popular site which had added amino acids. It was great. But when I reordered and went with the larger bottle, I didn't notice the ingredients were different because the label colors hadn't changed. I take a prescription to keep my serotonin up, have to be careful not to take too much. Took this bacopa for six days before noticing different ingredients, my serotonin is too high and I'm wound up like I took too much of the prescription. So, learned something today. The popular site page looked just like it was two different sizes of the same product, but no, they poisoned me. :) Just a little, will be back to normal in a day or two. They won't refund my money because the description changes for each size, but considering the gingko is marketed specifically to people who aren't feeling as sharp as they used to, I think I got skunked.
