Man I love Derbyshire, I'm a Norfolk boy, but I feel so at home in the peaks. Every morning I crawl out of my tent, and think 'yes I'm home'.

Another Norfolk boy here that adores the Peak District! Seems like there’s loads of us judging by the comments! I can’t wait til I can drive up there with my kids for long weekends stomping and camping.
The last time I saw Winnats pass was going down it head first on a sledge having started at the top of Mam Tor!!
    Great vids. Keep it up

About 12 years ago me and 3 mates, they was goin in the army I was just going on a adventure but we all got our push bikes and a train ticket and some camping gear and got a one way ticket to marsden at the top of the Peak District and biked back south through all the Peak District camping wherever we found. They was training to get there fitness up for the forces but me couldn’t miss out on the adventure went along too. It’s was a exhausting trip but good for the soul. Keep up the videos Craig and will catch you on the next one.

I see you found Robin Hoods cave. I bivvied in the sections just at the side where you were looking. The weather was a lot better though and that Balcony just outside the cave has got some fantastic views in the morning. Just too many heads knocking about during the day!

And I know that wood as well and the Rangers do not really mind, if you noticed they have a skip for all peoples crap that is left in Summer 😡 I have had a chat with a few of them and they turn a blind eye, unless your being a bellend which believe me I have seen them! Done a lot of my Bigfoot stuff up there so you were lucky not to have a run in with the Big guy!

I’m paraplegic from an RTA and a Norfolk boy myself .. since almost the age of 18 well a week before my 18th actually and I use to love the outdoor life camping hiking canoeing etc etc and watching your videos I absolutely love it as well as a mix of sadness that I will never get to do half as much as I use to but on the flip side i get to relive it in some or form or another through you .. the Peak District and the Lakes was and is my favourite places simply because of my memories. The closest I get to any of that now is a spot of fishing .. Cheers man and keep plodding on. ✌️
