Now Eric mentioned somewhere in the comments on this thread the magazine needs to be tuned. Now that can only mean the spring, follower, or feed lips and probably the latter. The 3 P’s avoids the 3 P’s.

I'm always surprised how many shooters struggle with magazine count and loading issues - I guess it's the pressure / timer? 1 shot every 10 seconds doesn't sound that fast but under pressure it's a different story. I'd love to see Celebrities like Who Tee Who and maybe a sponsor loaned rifle, Halfmile ( Halfmile Sniper ) Matt ( Demolition Ranch ), Brandon Herrera, and maybe even Autumn and her parent's ( Autumn's Armory ) and maybe even a few others have a day. This is torture for us that are stuck at home on a windy rainy day watching you guys have a blast . That big boomer might have destroyed the frame if he hit it . Tuff to shoot repetitively with those canons. Tuff to beat those 6 mls at that distance. Thanks for bringing these events to us Eric
I really enjoy watching these videos,these guys shooting their purpose-built rifles,what l would really like to see is a team of guns using off the shelf factory rifles using factory ammo. It would make a very good video and l am certain that a lot of shooters would like to see it. Thanks.
That day was the first time using an AW style mag in that rifle and also figuring out that it holds 11 6.5cm rounds and not 10😂. After recounting 15 times and finally finding the 13th piece of brass in the grass was whenever I came up to let you know my mistake Thanks for having us and would love to do it again (with 12 rounds ) lol
Where do you shoot long range close to Lafayette? I’m in Eunice and would like to find somewhere to shoot over 500 closer than my deer lease in Arkansas
That guy with the .300NM, you could feel the panick in his movements. The whole time he was in FULL adrenaline mode. Movements hurried and uncoordinated, kept trying to cycle bolt on empty mag (with mag having bolt hold open tab). He did good but man he was the opposite of smooth
@@MrLongshot762 it would have to be a bit different. This is designed to show the limitations of the shooter. Most off the rack rifles aren’t capable of that precision especially with factory ammo.
Could the misses be from preloading the bipod and recoil . Kind of like trigger finger placement . Put your finger in to far you have a tendency to pull to right . If you use your finger tip you have a tendency to push trigger missing to left .?

Hey can you create a compilation of each shooters gun? Would include photo, caliber, stock optic etc. just a compilation of what people bring and have brought.
Not sure why, but almost everyone starts to hurry the smaller targets, much less time between the smaller targets and probably should be taking more time, they usually end up with plenty of time left on the clock.

Poor guy with the ODG didn’t have his fundamentals down. Can’t even analyze DOPE when you’re slinging shots all around. Someone teach him how to build a stable position.
Just my two cents but it would be better if the other competitors were out of earshot of the shooter. They get kinda loud at times and could be a distraction.

The number of fancy rifles with feeding problems is crazy.
In video after video I’ve noticed. I like Jim Hamer’s philosophy. Any rifle that doesn’t feed every time gets sold.
They're not feeding problems. Only one had problems. The 300 NM single feeding was operator error. Most feeding issues are.

Everyone puts a whole bunch of time and money on their rifle and their optics but nobody ever worries about magazines.
