Would you please do another one with some different exercises as I like all your walking vids and the side to side and the 'grapevine' moves. You took me from not moving very much and now that I worked out with you for a year and I am still continuing of course but now you got me walking an hour a day every morning. I also am eating so many fruits and vegetables who needs a multivitamin? So glad I was able to do this new workout today! This has been a stressful week for me, and my back has been bothering me -- both pain and tightness in the lower back and hips. So I haven't been able to do my regular workouts but have been focusing on stretching routines and doing your "Full Body Workout in Bed." I started the morning with some stretches that I can do in bed, which my chiropractor recommended I do regularly. They have been helping a lot, and I feel a noticeable difference as soon as I have done them. So I tried this workout immediately after the stretch routine today and was thrilled that I had no problem with it! I was even able to bend down far enough to touch my toes during the hamstring stretch in the cooldown! I used 2-lb. weights and did it standing like April, but kept my pace slow and steady most of the time. I followed this up with your "Gentle Back Workout," which also felt good. (May 10, 2024)

Love these Tabata workouts - one suggestion please is to be clearer saying when the rounds start and finish as I often have to do the exercises sideways or around the corner, due to lack of room (I live in Sydney in a Tiny House on wheels) and cannot always see the computer screen - a bell or clear START and END spoken clearly would really help - thanks!!

I absolutely love your videos! I'm 40 with chronic conditions, and I needed a way to just get up and move without triggering any symptoms. First time doing Tabata and I am very dewy even though the temp is only 60 degrees. I didn't use weights as i had in the earlier video I did this morning. So glad you didn't put in a round of squats! Thanks Ladies. Have a good day :)
Thank you! First time doing a Tabata workout is usually dewy time too! It's a great exercise to raise your heart rate and work your muscles plus your brain has to keep track of the rounds! ha! I stop walking outside in the winter for fear of slipping and falling. So glad I found you both. Your videos will definitely keep me in shape and I can repeat them as many time as I like throughout the day.

So glad I was able to do this new workout today! This has been a stressful week for me, and my back has been bothering me -- both pain and tightness in the lower back and hips. So I haven't been able to do my regular workouts but have been focusing on stretching routines and doing your "Full Body Workout in Bed." I started the morning with some stretches that I can do in bed, which my chiropractor recommended I do regularly. They have been helping a lot, and I feel a noticeable difference as soon as I have done them. So I tried this workout immediately after the stretch routine today and was thrilled that I had no problem with it! I was even able to bend down far enough to touch my toes during the hamstring stretch in the cooldown! I used 2-lb. weights and did it standing like April, but kept my pace slow and steady most of the time. I followed this up with your "Gentle Back Workout," which also felt good. (May 10, 2024)

Loved this Tabata style workout...my first time hearing of this style and really like it as it goes by fast but includes plenty of steps, cardio and stretching. Love these Tabata workouts - one suggestion please is to be clearer saying when the rounds start and finish as I often have to do the exercises sideways or around the corner, due to lack of room (I live in Sydney in a Tiny House on wheels) and cannot always see the computer screen - a bell or clear START and END spoken clearly would really help - thanks!!
