2 Cups Curd
1 tsp Haldi Powder
1/2 Red Chilli Powder
5 Cups water
2 Tbsp Oil
A Pinch of Hing
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
Curry Leaves
3 Green Chillies
2 Inch Ginger
1/2 tsp Methi Dana
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
Coriander Leaves
FOR MAKING PAKODA
1 Cup Besan
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1/4 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
A Pinch Hing
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
2 - 3 Green Chillies
1 Inch Ginger
Coriander Leaved
Oil For Frying
FOR MAKING TADKA
2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
A pinch of Hing
2 Dried Red Chillies
Curry Leaves

I have seen many receipes on TH-cam.. But no one shared exact amount of water to be added except u.. In addition, u also told about the time of kadhi cooking after boil... Which is also not mentioned clearly anywhere.. I hope I can maintain consistency in my kadhi with this receipe.. Too good👍

Adding more water initially helps to blend besan and curd together. Later it gives a proper consistency. Hope my answer is correct bhai😊

You have to add extra water in the beginning so that the besan and water gets cooked well and then reduces to join like a match made in heaven 😊
More water should be added in the beginning since while boiling the khadi the water gets evaporated and thickens the khadi perfectly. Less water means that by the time the khadi is cooked it will be too thick and may even touch the bottom of the vessel and gets burned.Hope this explanation is right as I usually follow this rule for other curries too according to my mother's advice even before I came across this video.

Bharat Bhai, try to make w Chola daal, (Blake eye bean daal) kadhi. It is very good too.
Also many time I put pakora into boiling Kadhi instead frying. Try those. Taste very good.
We add extra water to maintain perfect consistency of kadhi and to mix besan with kadhi perfectly

Much water is required to clear the Pakoda on track, the pakoda will soke all water which was used while preparing the curry dough. So while ending the cooking session with Pakoda all the water pakoda will soke and the curry will left out with Curd and Besan like smooth paste.

We add water at the beginning to mix the besan and curd properly which is mentioned in the video and also to cook and thickened the besan.

The Curry came out in an ideal combination of flavor and texture. For optimal consistency when pairing with rice, I would recommend adding water at a ratio of 10.50:1. However, if one intends to serve the curry with Roti, I suggest reducing the water ratio to 10:1 for a slightly thicker consistency. Still great recipe Bharat.
