I tried your style of kadi making. The pakoras turned out to be good with Eno sachet that I too added, as expected. But I feel the kadi itself was bland. I had to increase masalas in tempering and add kasoori methi as well to bring out the taste. Thanks for the recipe.
Ma'am I made it for the first time and it tastes so good but some tart taste curd was renewed it pleasent taste was what I add to remove tartness of cury☹️
