Sugar is not required at all. This recipe given is where we ignore the inherent flavour of tea and impart to it typical flavours of spices which make it into a spiced hot drink - it can hardly be called tea. Surprisingly in a lot of places in India - especially in Gujrath and Maharashtra this is actually preferred. What's more, I have also seen people adding elichi and cinnamon to coffee completely spoiling it's original flavour 😢 God bless all! 🙏
Mai abhi chae pee ke hata hoon same aisa banate hai hum. 😂 ye dekh ke to fir se chae pine ka maan ho geya. Strong aroma ata hai patti , illaichi aur adrak ka maja a jata pee ke.
अकेले दूध में भी चाय बनती है। हमारे यहाँ उसे स्पेशल या पेशल चाय कहते हैं। मेरे लिए वो चाय नहीं होती बल्कि वो चाय फ़्लेवर वाला दूध होता है। अपनी-अपनी पसंद है । जिसे जो अच्छा लगता है वो वैसे ही चाय / काॅफ़ी बनाता है। कुछ लोग सिर्फ़ ब्रू की हुई चाय ही पीते हैं।
