So I made a cool and crunchy cucumber kimchi.
Cucumber was in season, so a lot came out.
When I put this in, they even put their hands in cabbage kimchi😅
I pickle cucumbers in hot salt water to make them crunchy and not soft until the end.
If you pickle the cucumber well, it's really easy to put the cucumber kimchi in.
Eat seasonal food in hot weather and cheer up!😊
[Ingredients]
10 cucumbers
150g of chives
1/2 onion
Carrots are a bit
1 green onion
3T of minced garlic, 0.5T of ginger
Red pepper powder 6T
Fish sauce 2T
Salted shrimp 2T
plum extract 4T
0.5T sugar (optional)
2T sesame seeds
When pickled: 4T of salt, 1.2L of boiled water
