    For everyone confused, in this pattern she's basically working in circles, therefore it does not need to connect any parts together, cause its a circle. But that can be hard to see, since she's only shown the first part in the video. ALSO it's really important to use your hands to give it shape. That first round is the base of the pouch, so you need to push it down when doing the next rounds in order for that to be the base, and the other rounds to be the walls, otherwise it probably wont form the right shape on it's own. Hope this helps

    Omg Nadia...our special needs son turned 18 yrs old a few days ago. We bought him an iPad for his birthday! My husband and I have been discussing how i should crochet a bag to put it in and attach it to his wheelchair.
    You just designed it for me!!!!! I will have to add ties but thats it!
    THANK YOU SO MUCH NADIA!!!!!!

    well I’m confused, I made one side and you said it’s supposed to look like yours? I don’t know how to connect them or do the top to make it round and not a sandwich…

    Hi Nadia, I tend to read thicker books, could I make one more ‘increase’ and then begin the pattern?? This is exactly what I have been looking for! THANK YOU AGAIN!

    I finally made this and if you follow the tips from my previous comment, of pushing down on the base, it will work. I did mine slightly different tho, cause I used 3 colors, and a different stich for each color. half double crochet, then one half double and one slip stitch, then single crochet; it formed a nice pattern in the end. I used a yarn that's a bit thicker, so even bigger books of 600 hundred pages fit well.

    This is awesome, takes a long time but I learned many new things like a proper slip knot and how to stitch in my end string so already it’s worth it. Thanks so much!

    Hi Nadia!! It's been forever since I've commented. Thank you for a great tutorial and thanks to your dad for doing the best filming out of all the channels I watch!
    So....this is a great book sleeve! Love the yarn, the color and this will be a great gift to my roommate for her iPad! The thick stitch is perfect for protecting the device.
    Thanks again. 🧶🧶🧶🙂

    I don't get it, the step where you show to go through that like V shape is complicated for me, do you still go in the top or are you deeper in or ...
    If you could explain it a bit better for me, would be absolutely great.
    Oh and, I don't know if I did something wrong because, I used the length of my book and when I started crocheting it got smaller, why , do I need to have it a bit longer then my book?
    Would be great if you could help me out :)

      I think, since she's doing circular rounds, that you dont have to connect anything, cause its already connect since it's a circle. But yeah, the pattern can be a little tricky, specially if you're not that used to crocheting and also the color of the yearn makes it quite hard to see it well

    • @belitaaaduarte
      @belitaaaduarte 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've said in a comment before, i dont think she connects anything, cause shes doing circular rounds, so its already connect, since its a circle. But specially with this yearn color its a bit hard to see. Also for it to form a pouch like that you also have to keep shaping it using your hands, so that first round works as base, and the next rounds are the walls of the pouch, if that makes sense

    This is a terrible video because of the color of the background and the color of the yarn she chose, which makes it hard to see what she's talking about.
