How to installed a 320 amp Meter instead of 400 amp meter combo (why?)

Installing a 320 amp meter can. and to remove 200-meter combo. redo the grounds & FPL pipe etc.
This house was supposed to get 400 amp meter combo, but instead we put a 320 amp meter can.

Sloppy meter install. Great panel install. Lots of room for improvement on both ends.

Had to install that in 2 hrs before inspection.. that second time i did that had 200 meter combo first see other video

Yeah. Where is disconnect. Required yo be accessible since 2020 for fire department snd emergency shutdown

Im plan was 400 meter combo wasn't available put 200 meter combo than that day 2 hrs before inspection had to do that homeowner wanted it on fast no waiting
