That’s impressive WHP for 93 for the setup. Been thinking of porting mine not sure if I wanna put the money into it. I built the motor and all the supporting mods to go with it for twins but seeing what I can get from the Roush first. Did some dyno runs last week only did 720 unfortunately. At 5,300 boost was at 13.3 and then dropped to 10.5 psi at 7,500. Installed VMP tensioner 90mm idler and green belt and back to dyno tomorrow. Goal is 850 maybe flirt with 900
@ So changed to VMP tensioner 90mm idler and green belt. Using grip tech 2.75 pulley and still dropping boost at the top. Any ideas? Thinking going back to stock pulley and see if I can hold boost or maybe go with 2.9 pulley.
I have the phase 2 on my 2018 mustang gt and I want to change my spark plugs but on the driver side bank there are some tubes connecting to my supercharger I was wondering if you guys could help me by giving me some advice to change please and thank you
There’s two rubber hoses that run over the coil packs. One is connected to the brake booster check valve you’ll noticed where the check valve is and wrapped in black tape, the other hose is emissions canister both lines run to the inlet of the SC. Pull the hoses off and move out of the was. The emissions canister is zip tired and has a wire connection might be enough room to move it way if not unplug it. Other two metal lines are the coolant return and feed lines can’t move them but shouldn’t be in the way. Only plug that’s a pain is Bank 1 #4 I recommend removing battery and battery box, you can get to it without removing just need to be creative
Stock crank pulley. Customer went with 88 millimeter at first since the blower was ported. Boost was around 10 psi. Customer has since gone with a 2.8" pulley and is probably making closer to 14 psi now.

The Roush supercharger really benefits from porting. It is worth about 80 extra horsepower.

Do you have any information about the upgraded inter cooler brick? My 2020 with a Roush suffers from heat soak bad!!
@@scottcausey1751 replied to your email
I have the same blower on my 2020 F150. I have a VMP Heat Exchanger. Helps a lot with IAT’s, and you don’t have to pull off the blower.
Could nitrous be an option is wanted more power like a 150 wet shot?
@sebastianvongchanh7011 Yes nitrous could be used but I'd stick with a 100 shot or less on a setup like this.
You did got a good amount of hp&tq well done it should be very fast has it is now.

Would you know if they make a different tensioner bracket that will work on the Roush 2650, that doesn't have to be removed to do a belt swap ?
