I have a CoolPix L320 and a Kodak easy share Z740. I discovered that I enjoy the 5mp Kodak from 2005 more than the L320. My biggest gripe with the L320 is that you can't manually adjust shutter speed, focus, or Stop
Heyyy... I was looking at one going for 95 dollars and decided to check this video...and you comment made me stop. Is it that bad even for a starter like me?...
@@motionoftheocean7524 it's not a bad camera by any means, and I honestly prefer it to my Kodak for long distance stuff like clouds or pics of the moon and stuff. It's definitely worth picking up.
Can't comment on the 5ds R as I haven't used it, but I have used the 6d and 1dx. The 1DX is just an absolute tank, I think the shutter is rated to around 400k actuations while the 6d is 150k. The 1dx has more focus points, a quicker shutter, and faster continuous shooting. But both full frame and both take really nice pictures from my experience. I just did a little digging and the 5ds r has a shutter life of 200k per canon. It's also more than double the MP, and is almost double the price.
@@pricklypearcamera Thank you. I have all those models and the 1DX and 6D both have a shutter count of about 25k or so, the 1DX is a beast and bought for the burst rate, the 6D is my main go to camera and is amazing in low light, the 5DS R is outstanding in good light and is my go to landscape camera! I can only hope my 5DS R is a low shutter count one! Cheers!
To start, I would be happy using either one, More optical range in the S8200, and a bit more color pop out of the S8200, but in terms of autofocus, and video capability, I do prefer the Nikon L340. Same size sensor in both, I think the S8200 has a bit more ISO capability. For the S8200 being half the price, that seems like a decent option, I would probably lean that way, and if you don't like it, it's a lower price, you could resell and try the L340 instead. A lot of this is ergonomics, button placement, and more "personal" feelings about how you like the camera, so it's a bit tough.
also p520 and l830 sometimes hx300...and fz150 sometimes R1 and lumix G3 (e-pm1) + manual ttartisan 25mm f2 d3100 & 55-200 yep I just dont want entry level L340
My photos are always out of focus; I don't know how to adjust the camera, can you help me with a video tutorial on how to adjust the camera and use the menu and effects? Pleaseeee
Hi, I have been looking for a Camera that I can shorten my length of time and will produce better looking shots for my Ebay for my listings. I started by looking at the L330 and now I am not sure which of the 2 would be best for my use. Any advice you could give me would be much appreciated. P.S. great video. Thanks!
As far as I am aware, they are nearly identical, the L340 just has a slightly better 28x optical zoom, and can take quicker burst photos I think. The L330 is generally just slightly cheaper, so if it's only a $10-20 difference, you might consider springing for the L340. I think either would be a good camera for taking eBay photos.
Very informative and a much easier viewing and listening experience without muzak.
I bought the the Nikon L340 for 30€ (33$)

And how does it take landscapes?... I wonder.

looks pretty decent for stills, would only do video with it using a gimbal
Great idea, a gimbal would help out a lot with smoothness for video.
Good vibes information thanks
The coolpix line all great have p510. 42x. 24-1,000 was $300
Saw your post on r/Tucson! Great info!
Thanks! I just looked up your channel, and am watching your roper lake video right now! I haven't been, and it's good to get some info on it!
A question if I may? Are the Canon 1dx, 5ds r and 6d a reliable cameras from your own personal experiance please? Great video as ever, all the best.

is this good for facebook livestreaming?
Im planning this in 2024.. is still good a buy?
If you only have that much money, yes
Yeah, still a good choice and still right around $90-100 in the used market in 2024.
Could you help me to decide?
Nikon Coolpix L340(92$) vs Fujifilm Finepix s8200(53$)?

You did a good job
Nice camera, I stole this from someone and couldn’t be prouder 😊
💀
I just buy it for 50$
Great deal!
Dose it have charger!!
Uses regular AA batteries! (or rechargeable)
Does the L340 work with an infrared remote?
I don't believe that the L340 works with any remotes. I did not find any compatibility on Nikon's site.
@@pricklypearcamera Bummer. Thanks for poking around! I also didn't find anything 😕
thanks for the video, I just got one for dirt cheap and couldn't be happier
Right on!
