Lucero Robles is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience in behavioral health service, advocacy, and community engagement. As Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance, she leads workforce solutions and implements programs that support the behavioral health workforce and health equity.
As a Latina, immigrant, she is dedicated to narrowing health disparities. Lucero Robles led COVID-19 efforts as the Interim Behavioral Health Director in Monterey County and has a track record of improving access to and providing quality care.
