To me, Lille was Yhwach's left hand the way Jugram was his right hand. Lille protected Yhwach from internal threats, like assassins and other enemies who would get past the regular Sternritter, while Jugram handled external issues, like leading the Quincy into battle.

Lille has the best offensive attack outside of Gremmy but he cant really kill any top quincies. Pernida is healing through anything he can put out and can absorb anything to add to his evolution even light. Gerard is ignoring any damage Lille does to him and he keeps growing stronger. Jugram ignores all his damage with his shield, turns it into good fortune and cuts down Lille light or not because your abilities cant protect you from your own bad luck. @@shihoblade I agree that he couldn't beat Gerard or Pernida. But Gremmy and Askin are another matter. Gremmy is too unreliable with his power, first and foremost. Then there's the fact that Lille could probably take him out with a quickdraw to the head. Finally, Lille can become immune to damage so Gremmy'd have to take him out before that happens (which I don't think he could do because of his unreliable mentality) or touch him and imagine he wasn't invincible in order to kill him. In other words, while Gremmy can definitely defeat Lille, the odds aren't in his favor. Askin's main weakness is that he has to survive an attack to start becoming immune to it, so he's vulnerable to anyone who can 1-shot him, which is Lille's speciality. Luckily it takes a LOT to kill the lovable bastard, but so long as Lille goes for the head or sends an instant barrage through his vitals, Askin should stay down.

You cant quickdraw Gremmy because if you are seeing "Gremmy" then arent seeing the real one in the first place. The brain is hidden in illusion, the actual person Gremmy isnt what you have to kill. So Lille is sniping an illusion which wont help much. Immunity to damage doesnt help against someone who can "imagine you were in a cage that traps light" you into a bad position. Gremmy doesnt have to kill him, he can seal him pretty easily. You have to mind game Gremmy like Kenpachi did, you dont beat Gremmy in a head on fight.
@@shihoblade Lille most likely knows to go for the head with Gremmy and I put that as the target in my comment. And I also pointed out Gremmy is too unreliable with his power. He is not much of a tactition and all his imaginations are pretty simple/direct. His most imaginative attack (pun not intended) was "wrapping" Kenapchi in space which was one of his final attacks, something he only did because nothing else he threw at Kenapchi wouod kill the bastard. Lille would almost certainly have more than enough time to quick-draw snipe him like he did Oh-Etsu. Also, Gremmy's body isn't an illusion. Anything he imagines becomes real and he imagined himself having a body. Therefore he is probably liable to die if that body is damaged enough, so long as he doesn't (or doesn't have time) to imagine himself healed or fine or immune to damage or whatever.
Ya know... I don't think his transformed design is bad. I think it's VERY cool, reminiscent of some kind of twisted heavenly creature, with features like a biblical angel (head of a bird) and golden hair like a cherub. He also breathes white fire and is basically an unstoppable force of monstrous holy power.
He resembles Seraph angels. They said to have 6 wings, fire breath and powers, 4 heads(one of them is bird(eagle), human, lion(may resemble it's mane) and a bull), a body of a lion with limbs of bull. They're class of angels that are closest to god, that have very strong destructive fire prowess, along with ability to purge sins from people and transform them to themselves and their main function is to say prayers to god all the time.
His design after he transformed has a lot to do with the hate he gets.. The owl design is laughable and made people overlook him sadly but dude is hax AF. He definitely is top 3 in ranks among sternritters
I think he's supposed to resemble an Angel. If you look up how REAL Angels look as said by the bible you'll see the resemblance to them with his wings and Halo. It's actually pretty cool and might make him meme worthy when he transforms in the anime😂😂
I personally don't think he is underrated. Unliked, sure but let's not forget he is broken. Able to fight and almost kill the drunken best boi of the series.

Honestly Lille was pretty cool, love his original design. His powers are OP af. The angelic form was a bit strange but still okay because obviously someone of his caliber was bound to evolve. Then the owl faced centaur body giraffe neck thing came and I was like wtf.
Wait Askin didn't even react to Oetsu. Askin himself said Qetsu was downplaying him. And when Oetsu is serious he was able to blizt and one shot Askin as seen when he recovers from the death dealing. So if anything the Schutzstaffel are relative in speed.

Not true! Gremmy could easily kill Lille(and all the Schutzstaffle)using the space trap on him. All Quincies fuel their abilities by absorbing reishi in the atmosphere(ch.49 pg.3). There is no reishi in space! So anybody trapped there has to deal with no oxygen, -455°F temperatures, the vacuum and no reishi! There's a reason why all the Sternritters feared Gremmy(ch.575 pg.14-15)! There are only 4 characters in Bleach that could survive the space trap...1.Ywach(Almighty), 2.Zaraki(can cut thru anything even space), 3.Aizen(immortality)and 4.Ichibei(controls all the black in the universe).

Ichigo doesn't have hax, but he slashed Yhwach with the Soul King, Kenpachi gets destroyed by Lille too.

People underestemate the miracle which is everything means "the impossible becomes possible" also Gerard said he is immune to bound elemental attacks that's why toshiro's ice hax didn't work on him and kenpachi and toshiro reached their limit after they both attacked gerard at same time ,Gerard comes back stronger and keeps evolving, reminder we didn't get to see Gerard's full power because his 4th form got stopped by yhwach while Lille got killed fair and square Gerard is like aizen they are both unkillable unless they get sealed but difference is that gerard has miracle which means everything can happen in blink of an eye. And before you attack me Lille fans or gremmy try to understand first, that's facts Gerard keeps evolving until his bigger than Galactus and not even Yamamoto can stop him. Also whenever Gerard is growing means the reiatsu of his opponents are disappearing and is unable to detect it as he stated on the vizards that he fought. After the defeat of Lille said by askin and Gerard isn't even bothered by it that their so called leader got defeated.
Gerard isn't immune to Toshiro's power, he was just way too strong so he could forcefully resist it. But it took the majority of his power which us why Byakuya's ultimate technique worked despite him needing Bankai against base Gerard, let alone his second Miracle Volsterndig. That and Kenpachi's distraction of course. Kenpachi didn't reach his limit, not even close. He just couldn't get around Gerard's hax sword and near unbreakable shield. A one-armed (so his spirtual pressure would have been crippled) heavily wounded Kenpachi was able to trip second miracle, Volsterndig Gerard. Gerard isn't making the others weaker, their reiatsu isn't literally shrinking. It's just that his reiatsu is so immense that it feels like everyone else's is tiny in comparison so it's hard to sense.
Great video. I've always loved Lille and considered him the third most powerful sternritter. The only ones who can defeat him are Haschwalth and Gerard. Also, I would like to see a video about Pernida from you. He's my favourite sternritter :)
The most underrated are royd Lloyd and loyd Lloyd imo. Just unlucky how events unfold among them. If they fought someone else, maybe they may have more of a showing on their unseen potential.
Lille is the leader of the elite for a reason he is either the third strongest Quincy or the fourth strongest but that third position is a 50/50between him and Gerard the Miracle.
@@CaptainHavoc Askin is a beast of an opponent but his ability is more annoying than powerful and he deals with the death dealing and lethal dosage blood and things I'm not so sure how effective that is against a being composed of Divine light literally a god him and Gerard they were on another level from Quincy C and D.
I like him so far (reading through a second time cause my memory sucks) but the problem I had with him was immortality just isnt my thing. I think it's done rather tastefully by not making his attacks super unfair but the fact that they had one of the most devastating Bankai just piss him off killed my like for him. Overall it just comes down to my preference for the unkillable foe.
Yeah the only immortal Quincy I thought worked was Gerard since his immortality was his primary gimmick. With Lillie it seemed like he was given too many powers (intangibility, bird form, immortality, etc)

Also on a side note, I think people are confused by when Lille got his schrift because he first says "last" but later says the first. I believe he was the most recent Quincy to be given a schrift but the first to receive HIS schrift (i.e. X). So he's the first X sternritter is what he meant by that.
To me his Transformation resembles the look of true Angels as they were described in the bible. Some had animal features and multiple eyes on their wings along with multiple wings, it was to scare away demons. Lille Barro looks just like one of them.
Have you done any past vids on the many "why's", regarding Soi Fon's general unlikeability? If not, there's definitely enough issues with her character to fill a full vid. Sounds like benching her was Kubo's solution.
Not to mention lille barro is nigh-immortal the only thing that can kill him is reflecting his own power back at him and yhwach who is basically a semi soul king.
If you dont include Pernida, Gremmy, and Jugram then sure. Lille cant kill pernida but light can be absorbed which means pernida can kill him. Gremmy no diffs him with a thought. He cant even hurt Jugram thanks to the misfortune shield and the balance will have him take damage in his light forms. Lille is weaker than just about all top tier qyincy except Askin. He can beat Askin but thats a hard fight and he can lose easily.
Fun fact! Most of the quincies are trash if they wouldn't have received powers from Yhwach. Schrifts are power of Yhwach and Soul king ( by SK I mean miracle, compulsory).

I don't know anyone who "hates" this character. But I guess throwing around words like "UNDERRATED" or "HATED" gets more clicks. Lille Barro was immediately one of my favourite sternritters since back when I first read him in the manga many years ago. So glad I got to read bleach and other mangas whilst they were still being published before the all these fan narrative vids came out.

Lille is the strongest among the schutzaffell aside from maybe final iteration Gerard Valkyrie who is also invincible against conventional attacks. I thought this was pretty clear but you're right, some people say Askin is stronger when he is clearly way weaker (maybe that's just because Askin took on Urahara, Yoruichi and Grimmjow combined and they're all more popular than say Shunsui).

He's literally second to Yama (maybe not as good with a sword as Unohana, and I don't count Kenpachi until he finally begins to learn how to use his uniquely monstrous power) but people will always say Byakuya and Urahara are above Shunsui and it's like NO.
I don't think Lille would've been able to make it passed Adult Toshiro if they switched places, since unlike Gerard, Lille isn't part Soul King and immune to the elements, and if Lille gets frozen by Toshiro, all his powers and abilities are just frozen/negated As for how they'd do before then, I think Byakuya and Immature Bankai Toshiro are fast and skilled enough with Shunpo/Flight to avoid his X Axis one shot. Byakuya scales in reactions to Gerard who's been stated to not lose speed and to be fast even as a Giant by Kenpachi, and this Gerard was also having a hard time hitting Toshiro, when he could tag Kenpachi without his eye patch on. Kenpachi would probably have the most trouble since he's the slowest and least mobile of the 3, and doesn't know shunpo
Lille is intangible. Physical attacks or attacks with spiritual pressure won't work on him. Even if Adult Toshiro had an attack that ignored spiritual pressure and hax, lille could just regenerate from whatever damage he takes just like he did when Shunsui cut off his head

Shunsui doesn't train between arcs so he doesn't get a massive boost. He is stronger than he was in FKT because of the natural zenkai boost. Ulquiorra didn't destroy Urahara. He deflected an attack meant for Yammy. Whats worse is that Ulquiorra admitted that he would only win because Kisuke had multiple people he had to protect. Its not that Lille and Starkk are even, just that Starkk is strong enough to fight in TYBW but not the Shutzstaffel

If this list is in power you're kinda tweaking. Jugram, lille, and gerard shouldn't be above yamamoto or ichibe especially. Ichibe can easily strip lille and gerard of their power. The only reason yhwach survived it was due to the almighty. No one else would be able to overcome it EXCEPT maybe aizen simply because the hogyoku could POTENTIALLY restore his power for all eternity until he becomes god. Furthermore, ichigo and aizen are above lille and gerard as well. He's worlds above them in reiatsu. Whether they can defeat them is a different argument I suppose but if this is a list of power, they shouldn't be above them because they dont surpass them in power.

I liked his design and powers initially, but I started to dislike him one Kubo just made it so that he wouldn’t die no matter how many trump cards were thrown at him. I think it got pretty ridiculous by the time he got to his angel form. The whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth regarding his character.

Gremmy is too unreliable with his power, first and foremost. Then there's the fact that Lille could probably take him out with a quickdraw to the head. Finally, Lille can become immune to damage so Gremmy'd have to take him out before that happens (which I don't think he could do because of his unreliable mentality) or touch him and imagine he wasn't invincible in order to kill him. In other words, while Gremmy can definitely defeat Lille, the odds aren't in his favor.
Askin's main weakness is that he has to survive an attack to start becoming immune to it, so he's vulnerable to anyone who can 1-shot him, which is Lille's speciality. Luckily it takes a LOT to kill the lovable bastard, but so long as Lille goes for the head or sends an instant barrage through his vitals, Askin should stay down.

Gremmy doesnt have to kill him, he can seal him pretty easily. You have to mind game Gremmy like Kenpachi did, you dont beat Gremmy in a head on fight.
@@shihoblade Lille most likely knows to go for the head with Gremmy and I put that as the target in my comment. And I also pointed out Gremmy is too unreliable with his power. He is not much of a tactition and all his imaginations are pretty simple/direct. His most imaginative attack (pun not intended) was "wrapping" Kenapchi in space which was one of his final attacks, something he only did because nothing else he threw at Kenapchi wouod kill the bastard. Lille would almost certainly have more than enough time to quick-draw snipe him like he did Oh-Etsu.
Also, Gremmy's body isn't an illusion. Anything he imagines becomes real and he imagined himself having a body. Therefore he is probably liable to die if that body is damaged enough, so long as he doesn't (or doesn't have time) to imagine himself healed or fine or immune to damage or whatever.
No one ever talks about his symbolic superiority as he uses the modern superior version of a bow.

Ya know... I don't think his transformed design is bad. I think it's VERY cool, reminiscent of some kind of twisted heavenly creature, with features like a biblical angel (head of a bird) and golden hair like a cherub. He also breathes white fire and is basically an unstoppable force of monstrous holy power.

He resembles Seraph angels. They said to have 6 wings, fire breath and powers, 4 heads(one of them is bird(eagle), human, lion(may resemble it's mane) and a bull), a body of a lion with limbs of bull.
They're class of angels that are closest to god, that have very strong destructive fire prowess, along with ability to purge sins from people and transform them to themselves and their main function is to say prayers to god all the time.

Not true! Gremmy could easily kill Lille(and all the Schutzstaffle)using the space trap on him. All Quincies fuel their abilities by absorbing reishi in the atmosphere(ch.49 pg.3). There is no reishi in space! So anybody trapped there has to deal with no oxygen, -455°F temperatures, the vacuum and no reishi! There's a reason why all the Sternritters feared Gremmy(ch.575 pg.14-15)! There are only 4 characters in Bleach that could survive the space trap...1.Ywach(Almighty), 2.Zaraki(can cut thru anything even space), 3.Aizen(immortality)and 4.Ichibei(controls all the black in the universe).

People underestemate the miracle which is everything means "the impossible becomes possible" also Gerard said he is immune to bound elemental attacks that's why toshiro's ice hax didn't work on him and kenpachi and toshiro reached their limit after they both attacked gerard at same time ,Gerard comes back stronger and keeps evolving, reminder we didn't get to see Gerard's full power because his 4th form got stopped by yhwach while Lille got killed fair and square Gerard is like aizen they are both unkillable unless they get sealed but difference is that gerard has miracle which means everything can happen in blink of an eye. And before you attack me Lille fans or gremmy try to understand first, that's facts Gerard keeps evolving until his bigger than Galactus and not even Yamamoto can stop him.
Also whenever Gerard is growing means the reiatsu of his opponents are disappearing and is unable to detect it as he stated on the vizards that he fought. After the defeat of Lille said by askin and Gerard isn't even bothered by it that their so called leader got defeated.

Gerard isn't immune to Toshiro's power, he was just way too strong so he could forcefully resist it. But it took the majority of his power which us why Byakuya's ultimate technique worked despite him needing Bankai against base Gerard, let alone his second Miracle Volsterndig. That and Kenpachi's distraction of course.
Kenpachi didn't reach his limit, not even close. He just couldn't get around Gerard's hax sword and near unbreakable shield. A one-armed (so his spirtual pressure would have been crippled) heavily wounded Kenpachi was able to trip second miracle, Volsterndig Gerard.
Gerard isn't making the others weaker, their reiatsu isn't literally shrinking. It's just that his reiatsu is so immense that it feels like everyone else's is tiny in comparison so it's hard to sense.
Never saw people underestimating miracle, it's even praised a lot by the fandom.
Great video. I've always loved Lille and considered him the third most powerful sternritter. The only ones who can defeat him are Haschwalth and Gerard. Also, I would like to see a video about Pernida from you. He's my favourite sternritter :)

He turned into a biblically accurate angel and it wasn’t his final form. Nobody is underrating him.
I like him so far (reading through a second time cause my memory sucks) but the problem I had with him was immortality just isnt my thing. I think it's done rather tastefully by not making his attacks super unfair but the fact that they had one of the most devastating Bankai just piss him off killed my like for him. Overall it just comes down to my preference for the unkillable foe.
Yeah the only immortal Quincy I thought worked was Gerard since his immortality was his primary gimmick. With Lillie it seemed like he was given too many powers (intangibility, bird form, immortality, etc)

Also on a side note, I think people are confused by when Lille got his schrift because he first says "last" but later says the first. I believe he was the most recent Quincy to be given a schrift but the first to receive HIS schrift (i.e. X). So he's the first X sternritter is what he meant by that.
To me his Transformation resembles the look of true Angels as they were described in the bible. Some had animal features and multiple eyes on their wings along with multiple wings, it was to scare away demons. Lille Barro looks just like one of them.

If you dont include Pernida, Gremmy, and Jugram then sure. Lille cant kill pernida but light can be absorbed which means pernida can kill him. Gremmy no diffs him with a thought. He cant even hurt Jugram thanks to the misfortune shield and the balance will have him take damage in his light forms. Lille is weaker than just about all top tier qyincy except Askin. He can beat Askin but thats a hard fight and he can lose easily.

People look down on characters who don’t hurl around giant obvious weapons or abilities and tend to forget the subtle thinkers who choose not to be so outlandish. Lillie is my favorite
I don't know anyone who "hates" this character. But I guess throwing around words like "UNDERRATED" or "HATED" gets more clicks. Lille Barro was immediately one of my favourite sternritters since back when I first read him in the manga many years ago. So glad I got to read bleach and other mangas whilst they were still being published before the all these fan narrative vids came out.

I thought this was pretty clear but you're right, some people say Askin is stronger when he is clearly way weaker (maybe that's just because Askin took on Urahara, Yoruichi and Grimmjow combined and they're all more popular than say Shunsui).

I don't think Lille would've been able to make it passed Adult Toshiro if they switched places, since unlike Gerard, Lille isn't part Soul King and immune to the elements, and if Lille gets frozen by Toshiro, all his powers and abilities are just frozen/negated
As for how they'd do before then, I think Byakuya and Immature Bankai Toshiro are fast and skilled enough with Shunpo/Flight to avoid his X Axis one shot. Byakuya scales in reactions to Gerard who's been stated to not lose speed and to be fast even as a Giant by Kenpachi, and this Gerard was also having a hard time hitting Toshiro, when he could tag Kenpachi without his eye patch on. Kenpachi would probably have the most trouble since he's the slowest and least mobile of the 3, and doesn't know shunpo
Lille is intangible. Physical attacks or attacks with spiritual pressure won't work on him. Even if Adult Toshiro had an attack that ignored spiritual pressure and hax, lille could just regenerate from whatever damage he takes just like he did when Shunsui cut off his head

Uryu and jugram had a vollstandig , Yhwach wasn't an idiot , he know all Sternritter potential , Lille barro was the first who had a schrift but he wasn't even put as sternritter grandmaster. Uryu was potentially the strongest Sternritter but by feat that was jugram .

If this list is in power you're kinda tweaking. Jugram, lille, and gerard shouldn't be above yamamoto or ichibe especially. Ichibe can easily strip lille and gerard of their power. The only reason yhwach survived it was due to the almighty. No one else would be able to overcome it EXCEPT maybe aizen simply because the hogyoku could POTENTIALLY restore his power for all eternity until he becomes god. Furthermore, ichigo and aizen are above lille and gerard as well. He's worlds above them in reiatsu. Whether they can defeat them is a different argument I suppose but if this is a list of power, they shouldn't be above them because they dont surpass them in power.

I liked his design and powers initially, but I started to dislike him one Kubo just made it so that he wouldn’t die no matter how many trump cards were thrown at him. I think it got pretty ridiculous by the time he got to his angel form. The whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth regarding his character.
