Thank you for making this video. I’ve almost always struggled repacking my 70L. This had it done in a couple minutes.
Happy to hear this video helped you out! Hope you can have some awesome adventures with your Black Hole Duffel!
Every one of these videos gets to the critical moment and then is like "And then, simply turn the bag inside out".😂 This one is the clearest of them all, though, so thanks for that.
Thanks @jwbaker glad you liked it! Let us know if you have questions about other gear!
Life saver! 🙏🏻

I’m going to update this for every trip as a running log of how often I come use this video. Just came back from Kennebunkport, Maine. Following this video helped me get quicker.
Even if I look crazy by a giant wall of text I’m going to keep showing how helpful this is!

Thank you so much! I’ve had my black hole since 2016 and I only folded it back once until now. I’m ashamed to admit it was hanging in my garage for nearly 8 years out of ignorance. Why doesn’t patagucci print instructions on the inside?
That's an awesome idea! We'll let Patagonia know, but in the meantime feel free to use this video whenever you need to fold it back down again! Thanks for watching!
I Love these Duffels! They are always handy!
THANK YOU!!! 😭
We are so stoked this helped you out! Thanks for watching our videos!
This is fantastic, thanks for sharing. I have the 40L duffel and I did not put the straps in the inner zip pocket before folding as it didn't sit flat without folding. Instead, I stuffed them in at the end and that seemed to work.
We're glad you liked this video and got your black hole duffel packed! At the end of the day however you get it packed down is great! Thanks for watching!
Geez. Can't believe I found a video with the exact size bag and the exact color being the demo...and the demo making sense. Thank you!!!
Thank a lot man i have exactly the same patagonia for patagonian man mountain guide
Thank you so much for the clear and concise instructions! It was so easy but i wouldn’t have figured it out on my own haha
That is awesome! So glad we were able to help!
this is the best video, ignore all others
So glad to hear that you found the video helpful! Enjoy your adventures with your Black Hole Duffel!
Thanks! I was sure I was never gonna get it back in 😂

Wow and i have been struggling since owning my duffel and this makes it a breeze!
Glad this video helped @MrWilliamHawkes
Strechy material my @$$!
Haha in all seriousness thanks for this video, folding this thing brings back nightmares of my childhood trying to refold my dads paper maps with out ripping them.
Glad this video helped, thanks for watching!
🎉
This bag is a nightmare
We're sorry to hear that you haven't enjoyed the Black Hole Duffel, we'd love to hear what made it a nightmare for you?
Doesn't work
We're sorry to hear that. Is there something we could make more clear with our demonstration? Let us know and thank you for watching!
I don't know, it won't just roll over the top, and just won't go in the other side.
@@jameskubalek4857 I know from personal experience it can get hard to repack these bigger sizes especially after they've stored other gear for so long. After a while they lose some of the old form memory from when it was packed down and sold. Sometimes it helps to have a second set of hands for those last steps where one person can hold light pressure on the pack folded, while the second person can help flip the storage sack over the top and around the bulk of the bag. Another option is to have our staff at Al's Sporting Goods help you out! Come into your local Al's Sporting Goods and our camping associates would be able to assist you! We're sorry to hear it's been such a hard process!
It's not a bigger bag 45L and I have only had it open for 2 weeks, still won't go in.
@@jameskubalek4857 Hmmm, this is a unique scenario. Are you close enough to one of our locations where we could assist you in person? Maybe that way we can problem solve together!
